Does Samsung s8 have photography function?

Samsung s8 has a camera function. Video recording method: turn on the camera in the mobile phone-click the camera icon-and the red dot and recording time will be displayed on the screen. If you stop shooting, just click the Save button or Pause button at the bottom of the screen.

The shot video can be viewed and played through the mobile phone photo album.
