3. After receiving the above email, the staff responsible for the online film festival will conduct a preliminary examination; After passing the preliminary examination, it will be submitted to Henan Photographers Association for final examination. After the final review, the staff will promptly inform you to provide electronic documents not less than 3M, and the Henan Photographers Association Network will include these works in the association's photo library for future market entry or more important exhibitions.

4. Successfully applying for solo exhibition in the "Internet Film Festival" can be regarded as one of the conditions for joining the Henan Photographers Association.

6. Exhibitors must ensure that they have complete copyright in the works they provide, and solve legal problems such as portrait rights and reputation rights. If they find that exhibitors have copied other people's works, they will make public informed criticism and permanently disqualify their participation.

7. To apply for the exhibition works, you must indicate the shooting parameters, shooting background, shooting location and other information of the pictures.
