There are several ways to congratulate:

1. Dinner and travel. If you succeed in taking the Ph.D. exam, you can have a dinner party with your parents, tutors or classmates to celebrate, or you can go on a trip to relax.

2. Congratulations via text message or phone call. If your friend, senior brother or sister succeeds in the exam, you can send a text message or call to congratulate him/her, prepare a small gift or have a dinner to celebrate.
