If the shutter setting is related to your light, you can adjust it slowly. Anyway, the principle is very simple, that is, a long shutter. If you have high exposure, try a few first and you will feel it. If the aperture is large, the studio should remember the aperture. For this effect on your diagram, it is suggested that the aperture should be around 8~ 1 1. It is optional if you control it by wire. Of course, the above settings are all in full manual mode.
