Ukrainian National Academy of Fine Arts

The National Academy of Fine Arts of Ukraine was founded in 19 17. The full name is the National University of Fine Arts and Architecture of Ukraine, and the Ukrainian Academy of Fine Arts is also located here. The school is located in the center of Kiev, the capital.

The National Art Institute of Ukraine is the highest art institution in Ukraine and one of the best art institutes in the world and Europe. There are three best art institutes in the former Soviet Union, namely Moscow Art Institute, St. Petersburg Art Institute and Kiev National Art Institute of Ukraine. The school was founded by Mikhail Gulshevsky, the first president of Ukraine, and its majors include sketch, oil painting, sculpture, artistic principle, stage art, arts and crafts, architecture, art restoration and so on. Courses such as painting, printmaking, classical art, architectural art, modern art, architectural design, background layout, architectural repair and artistic preservation are offered. This school has recruited foreign students since its establishment. Now the school is rigorous in scholarship and has a strong academic atmosphere, and attaches importance to cultivating students' creative talents. The school has weekly exhibitions of works, regular academic seminars and literary lectures, and the school's art salon enjoys a high reputation in the international art world. At the same time, the college attaches great importance to international academic exchanges. In addition to regular exchange visits with sister institutions of the Commonwealth of Independent States, it also cooperates and exchanges with art institutions in France, Italy, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Germany, Britain, the United States and other countries.

At present, there are international students and related experts from 26 countries studying and further studying in this school. The college has signed contracts with employers of many companies, and students can go directly to work in many companies in Ukraine and other countries after graduation. The school has a strong faculty. At present, there are more than 60 teachers1person, including 2 academicians1person from the Academy of Art, 50 professors and postdoctoral fellows, 43 associate professors and doctors, 43 meritorious artists, 4 people artists1person and 2 architectural artists. The current president, Professor Jepitin, is also the president of the National Academy of Art in Ukraine. He is a famous people's artist and expert in line drawing.

The first-year basic courses include language learning and basic painting skills;

Learning system

The academic system of the college is generally 5.5-6 years, and students can obtain master's degrees and expert qualification certificates after graduation. After three years of graduate study, I trained an associate doctor (equivalent to a doctor in China).

1. degree education: the master program of art history theory department is five years, and other majors are six years. Architecture is divided into two stages: four years for undergraduate students and two and a half years for graduate students (including two and a half months of internship). All the above majors can obtain graduation certificates and master's degrees issued by the Ukrainian state.

Charging situation

Relevant regulations on recruiting international students in schools

1. exam; International students submit relevant works for review and pass strict professional written examination and interview.

2. Preparatory courses; The preparatory course lasts for one year and the tuition fee is $2,200. I mainly study Russian, and at the same time learn the basic knowledge and skills of related majors.

3. Graduated from the preparatory course and officially entered the department. Undergraduate tuition is $3,000 a year.

4. Undergraduate students who graduated from China Academy of Fine Arts must be selected if they apply for the master's degree in this institution. They will study for one year and make up lessons at the same time. After one year, they will study in the fourth or fifth grade according to their actual level. After two and a half years or a year and a half, you can get a master's degree by passing the exam and defending your thesis. The fees for preparatory courses and undergraduate courses are the same as above.

5. Studying for an associate doctoral degree: International students who have obtained a master's degree or have the same level and degree in our school can enter the graduate school after being approved by relevant tutors. Tuition is the same as undergraduate course.

6. China students and Ukrainian students enjoy equal rights in teaching and life. The apartment for international students (10- 15 minutes walk to the teaching building) is a two-room apartment with complete facilities and a special kitchen. The school also has a canteen.
