Introduction to Wang Yi
Wang Yi, a well-known screenwriter and director in China, studied oil painting and photography successively. He has served as a camera director in movies and TV series such as "Yuanmou", "Love in the Wutong", "Women Are Like Flowers", "Citizen's Conscience", and "The World". His photography work "Women Are Like Flowers" was nominated for the Golden Lotus Best Cinematography Award at the 2012 Macau Film Festival, and his independently directed film "Falling Feathers" was shortlisted for the debut feature competition at the 37th Montreal International Film Festival.
