Ideological and political practice only shooting work summary

The small semester of the winter vacation in 20XX We were exposed to ideological and political practice classes. After group discussions, we finally chose a micro-film series. The theme we chose was "The Impact of Mobile Phones on Our Lives", which is closely related to our college life. According to a survey, 77% of people turn on their mobile phones for more than 12 hours a day, and 34% turn on their phones 24 hours a day. 94% of people have used mobile phones for more than 5 years. In recent years, the popularity of smartphones and 3G networks has made mobile phones a must-have. Young people, especially, are inseparable from social communication tools such as WeChat, QQ, and Weibo almost all the time. Over-reliance on technological devices such as mobile phones will lead to greater neglect of the people around you. People who are active online are more lonely in reality. It is recommended that you use your cell phone less during dinner and talk more with your family. When going out to socialize, avoid using your mobile phone too much to avoid neglecting others. This is exactly why we made this short film.

After our team’s hard work in preparing and writing the script, the filming finally started successfully. The work of the group activities was assigned to individuals in an orderly manner, and I was honored to serve as the photographer and actor. I hesitated because I lacked experience in shooting, so I checked some precautions for shooting micro videos online. In actual work, I also understood that I have to be serious and responsible in doing everything well. From this I summarized three points of experience.

First, everything must be considered comprehensively. For example, prepare the props needed for shooting in advance, check whether the camera is fully charged and whether the memory is sufficient.

Second, we must be serious and responsible. After the shooting is completed, save the video to your computer promptly and make a backup after processing to avoid accidents. Do your best and do your best work.

Third, we must learn to adapt to changing circumstances. Listen to other people's suggestions, cooperate with the team, and try your best to achieve the best effect of the video.

Mobile phone dependence is a new type of mental illness, which is especially popular among young white-collar women, middle-aged men with heavy business responsibilities, and students. As a modern communication tool, mobile phones are becoming more and more popular among people because of their convenience and speed. With the continuous growth of the "mobile phone owners", a modern psychological disease caused by excessive dependence on mobile phones - mobile phones Dependence also quietly appeared. I hope this movie can have some impact, and students can put down their mobile phones, have more face-to-face communication, some spiritual communication, and say goodbye to mobile phone dependence.
