What does Hanyang Block mean?

Hanyang refers to the pike manufactured by Hanyang Arsenal in China.

Hanyang Manufacturing Art Zone, also known as "824 Creative Factory", is located at the foot of Guishan Mountain in Wuhan. The abandoned industrial workshop used in the art district was originally a part of ZhangZhidong Hanyang Arsenal and 824 Factory during the Westernization Movement in China.
