Big scene photography

The key depends on whether what you want to shoot is brighter or darker than "gray".

For example, when shooting a snow scene, you must add exposure, otherwise the snow scene will be gray (the camera doesn't know what you are shooting, it can only be neutral gray).

If you shoot a dark green forest, you need to reduce the exposure by 2/3, otherwise it will be too bright.

The night scene needs to be lowered by 1 or more, and the night scene is not too bright.

If you are not sure, you can take some photos of different exposure files, and the scenery can't run away anyway.
