Around the open reservoir, there are actually many "scenic spots" with excellent scenery and few people, and you can also take your baby to play with water-haha, use a popular word.

Miguan Road Miyun Reservoir Observation Deck

Miyun Reservoir, the "big basin" in Beijing, you may have been there many times. As a first-class reservoir in the Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan area, the scenery here is unparalleled in the world, and the feeling of "seeing the sea" every time is very shocking-after all, it is difficult to see such a wide water area in Beijing, so let's look back at the "sea" in Beijing.

Around Miyun Reservoir, you can find several scenic spots. For example, Dashishan, the panoramic view of the reservoir, and the dam with the most spectacular visual effect are all regular punch points.

However, there are many people in these popular places, so it is recommended to divert them to the observation deck of the reservoir beside Miguan Road. The location is easy to find, just navigate the "Jianyan Village Agricultural Products Market", which is the only way for Miyun. It's a market, but it's actually a few stalls selling agricultural products. Behind the booth is a small free parking lot, which is convenient for parking.

After arriving, it's nice to go up a few steps and have a picnic in the pavilion next to the parking lot. This market is really unique. Across the road is the observation deck of the reservoir. After enjoying the scenery, you can also sweep away agricultural products.

The observation deck is protected by a wooden fence. From a height, the reservoir has a very wide view and a panoramic view of the wide lake. It is wonderful to see the beautiful scenery of water and sky in the cool breeze.

Miyun reservoir can't go down. If you want to play by the water, it is recommended to drive to the nearby Sihetang Village. There is a Sihetang Bridge outside the village. The white river under the bridge is a good place for water fishing. It should be noted that you may encounter local patrol personnel, so you should cooperate with the green code inspection.

Luopoling Reservoir in Yongding River

Many people have never heard of Luopoling Reservoir, which belongs to the upper reaches of Yongding River. At the location of the Yongding River bend, few people usually come, but in winter, people will come to play with ice, which is a bit like Lake Baikal.

Luopoling Reservoir has a very large area. There is a spectacular dam that releases water irregularly. When the sun is shining, you can see the rainbow above the sluice. Fishermen can sometimes be seen by the dam, carrying all kinds of camping fishing gear, but it is impossible to make a fire and barbecue.

It's not a scenic spot, it's a dam with flowing water, it's a lonely mountain and wild land, and it's next to an old railway. Apart from the occasional sound of birds singing and passing trains, the environment is very quiet, more like an undeveloped paradise.

In the direction of the mountain, there is a shoal not far from the reservoir. You can find it when you see the "Qingshuijian" station, or navigate to the "Luopoling New Bridge". It is vast and empty, and there are not many people. Choose a good place to rest, set up a tent or canopy, and children can tread water and fish tadpoles in the shallows to play.

Of course, you can also drive along the road to find a satisfactory place to play with water. Need to be reminded that all the way is a mountain road, there is no parking lot, so we can only park on the side of the road.

Downstream channel of Xiyu Reservoir

Xiyu Reservoir is located in the mountain stream between Pinggu and Miyun, at the junction of Dahua Town and Luoying Township. Because a dam was built near Xiyu Village, the reservoir was named Xiyu.

The reservoir is as blue as jade and surrounded by mountains. It is a quiet place with few private cars. There is a hotel next to the reservoir, and its unique appearance is unique. Under normal circumstances, tourists can enjoy the scenery by leaning on the railing of the upstream reservoir, "see the sea", or go boating in the mountains by boat and watch the sunset on the reservoir bridge. However, there may be control measures during the epidemic.

There are many pebbles downstream of the reservoir, and the water quality is clear and transparent. It's especially cool to roll up your trouser legs and step on the water by the river. Children can also collect beautiful pebbles here, build stone castles, splash water, and even fill the joy of fish, shrimp and tadpoles that are rare in the city.

It should be noted that there may be some wild animals and mosquitoes in the wild valley that cannot be seen in the urban area, so we must pay attention to safety.

If you have time, you can also come to road trip, Pinggu, and walk along Huguan Road, passing Huangsongyu Reservoir, Jiuqu 18 Bend, Tianyun Ladder, or take Guanping Road along the Stone River in Zhenluoying, all of which are good scenery.

Zhaitang Reservoir Observation Deck and Qingshui River

It takes about two hours from the city center to Zhaitang Reservoir, which is quite far. Fortunately, the road was smooth and the scenery was beautiful. Passing through Gushan Village in Jingxi, Miaofeng Mountain and Shibatan, the mountains and rivers are pleasing to the eye.

The scenery of Zhaitang Reservoir is very beautiful. The water surface is emerald green at ordinary times and blue when the weather is clear. From different angles, it will show a gradual change from dark blue to green.

Like Miyun Reservoir, Zhaitang Reservoir is a protected drinking water source in Beijing, so there are guardrails around the reservoir, so you can only look at it from a distance if you can't get close. After crossing the reservoir dam, drive slowly and enjoy the scenery while driving. There is an observation deck on the right side of the driveway. The reputation of "Little Three Gorges in the West of Beijing" is well-deserved.

If you want to play with water, you can navigate at the Qingshui River in Mentougou on G 109 Road. Water flows down from Zhaitang Reservoir and finally into Yongding River. The river is very long and there is a certain distance from Zhaitang Reservoir. There are abundant aquatic plants and clear rivers here, and it is this kind of "wild interest" that is needed for outdoor play. You can find a suitable clearing by the river, you can build a canopy, but you can't make a fire. Bring some delicious picnics. No problem.

Baihebao Reservoir

Baihebao Reservoir, which is infinitely close to nature, is the favorite of many outdoor camping and photography lovers. In addition to camping during the day, they also stay overnight and count the stars. Even if they don't camp, the area around Baihebao Reservoir is an ideal destination for go on road trip.

From Baihebao Reservoir to Miyun Shicheng Town, the whole scenery is beautiful. Around the mountain, there are many places to stop and rest along the way. Get off the bus to see the scenery and take pictures, and pay attention to parking where the traffic is not affected.

There are also several observation decks on the road. From the first stop behind Xianglong Road, Yanshan Tianchi, you can overlook the Baihebao Reservoir Dam. When you drive to the parking area of the dam, you can also get off and take photos and punch in. After a thousand shops, there is a bigger observation deck, which can see the beautiful scenery of the whole reservoir.

Take children to play with water, you can choose to camp by the river upstream of the reservoir, and there is water along the Baihe River. The river is gurgling and the shade is cool, which is especially suitable for hot summer.

The water quality is also very clean. Children can fish in the water and take dogs with them. You can bring some snacks, don't fire, and pay attention to cleaning up the garbage.

In fact, there are many such places along the Baihe River, especially between Baihebao Reservoir and Qianjiadian, but some intersections may be closed due to the epidemic, and there will be some variables.
