Is the output rate of film camera related to film or camera?

The better the photographer's composition, the more accurate the exposure, the deeper the subject matter and the higher the film production rate.

If the output rate only refers to the difference between exposure and focus and perfect photos, it is mainly related to the camera, but any error between the actual exposure of the camera and the range or focus set by the photographer is a fault.

Film is just a carrier, and most of the time it has nothing to do with film production.
