Introduction:

Bird Island is the only natural and ecological bird watching center in Shenyang. Bird Island, also known as Ganhezi Island, is located in Qipanshan Development Zone, east of Dongling Park and south of Expo Park. It is an island in the Hunhe River system with an area of 49.26 hectares.

Natural environment:

In Shenyang Bird Island, in different seasons of the year and at different times of the day, the forests, shrubs, wetlands and ponds on the island will bring people different landscapes: in spring, everything recovers, flowers bloom, and birds on the bird island begin to breed life; In summer, the vegetation is lush, ducks and finches rest in the shade, and white cranes feed in the reed pond; In autumn, the forest is completely dyed, and the newly grown swan goose follows its mother and wobbles on the ground covered with gold leaves; It is snowy in winter and the earth is cold. On the unfrozen surface of Hunhe River, only geese and ducks are still playing.

Swan Lake:

Swan Lake, located in the east of Bird Island, is a long and narrow artificial lake with an area of about 10000 square meters and a water depth of 1.5 meters. You can watch geese such as swans and ducks frolicking in the water.
