What did you learn from "Salt of the Earth"?

For Salgado, they undoubtedly wrote down their understanding of the earth.

Reverse this meaning. , maybe this was Wenders’ intention for the name of the movie. Salgado once said: "I love human beings, they are the salt of the earth." In my impression, salt can both disinfect and be the origin of life. The movie is like a photography exhibition, showing Salgado's works from different periods. The early social realism style photography makes people feel the fragility of life - skinny teenagers, hungry children, dead people... the earth is full of the smell of death. , the history is still shocking, and the photos are black and white, and the color of the blood is very solemn. It does not magnify these tragedies, but records serious questions one by one. When the specific suffering is shown before our eyes, through those photos, we seem to understand the direction of Salgado's later period, that is, the second half of the film.
