Wedding photography deposit

Article 89 of the Guarantee Law stipulates that the parties may agree that one party shall pay a deposit to the other party as a guarantee for the creditor's rights. After the debtor performs the debt, the deposit shall be used as the price or recovered. If the party paying the deposit fails to perform the agreed debt, it has no right to demand the return of the deposit; If the party receiving the deposit fails to perform the agreed debt, it shall return the deposit twice. Article 91 The amount of the deposit shall be agreed by the parties, but it shall not exceed 20% of the subject matter of the main contract. According to the above-mentioned laws and regulations, the nature of the deposit you give to the wedding photography shop belongs to the guarantee that you will come to our store to receive services. If you don't go to our store for service within the agreed time limit for your own reasons, then the wedding photography shop has the right not to refund the deposit. If the deposit you pay is the full amount of the service, then you can ask the other party to refund 80% of the service fee. Because the deposit agreement shall not exceed 20% of the contract target amount. If your so-called accident is not caused by your own reasons, so that you can't accept the wedding photography service now, then if you can't accept the service because of reasons not attributable to both parties, the wedding photography shop should refund the deposit to you. There is a civil dispute between you and the wedding photography shop. If you can't reach a settlement, you can go to court.
