How to hold the camera more stably

First, you must be able to afford it. Hand strength is very important.

Hold it smoothly. Don't bend over, stand up straight, relax your shoulders and keep your feet shoulder width apart. If you want to lower your plane, you can kneel, sit or squat on one leg.

When shooting horizontally, the camera should be close to the brow bone, the right hand should be clenched, but the muscles should be relaxed, the arms should be close to the sides of the body, and the left hand should hold the lens, so that the lens can be rotated to focus without changing the camera holding posture.

When shooting vertically, put the shutter button above, so that most of the weight of the camera falls on the left hand of the lens.

Finally, the most important thing is to breathe smoothly when you press the shutter, and you can also hold your breath for a short time at the right time. When pressing the button, slowly increase the pressure, that is, squeeze rather than tap, until the shutter is opened, and keep the pressure until the camera finishes all the actions before lifting the finger.

The practice method can make the filter reflect a light spot on the wall under the light, then press the shutter and watch the light spot shake to judge whether the camera is shaking.
