Macro shooting method of Apple 13 mobile phone

Start the camera application on your phone. Aim at the close-up in the viewfinder and set the camera to a wide-angle lens. Come closer, the distance between the subject and the lens can be as close as 2cm (zoom can be used if necessary).

Hold the phone steady. After the lens is aimed at the subject, click the shutter to shoot or start capturing video. If you are shooting a video, click the shutter button again to end the shooting.

When the user tries to use the macro mode, iPhone 13 Pro/Max will automatically switch to the new mode once it detects the object in the lens 14cm, which may cause the viewfinder to shake when switching between the wide-angle lens and the ultra-wide-angle lens.

However, when shooting macro video, you can solve this problem by enabling the lock camera option under Settings-Camera-Record Video.

At present, when shooting with iPhone 13 Pro series, the mobile phone close to the subject will automatically activate the macro mode. Apple said that in subsequent updates, users will be allowed to turn off automatic camera switching when taking macro photos at close range.
