I hereby apply for the establishment of the Federation of Public Security Literary and Art Circles, which is to be composed of five associations: photography, calligraphy and painting, music, literature and sports.

In recent years, the city's public security organs have actively implemented the team building ideas advocated by the Ministry of Public Security, such as strengthening the police by politics, publicizing and shaping the police, and educating the police by culture. They worked hard to enrich the cultural life of the police camp and actively carried out various and colorful cultural and artistic activities, which achieved initial results. He has published more than 6 million words and won the second prize of Golden Shield Literature. The comedy sketch "Spring of xx" created by the original director XX was well received in the province.

(five) to strengthen contacts, exchanges and cooperation with propaganda, culture, news, publishing and other departments and the literary and art circles, the provincial public security department.

Fourth, the membership system
