Black and White Forbidden Zone is a contemporary detective drama directed by Zhao Junkai and starring Oho Ou, Liu Xiaojie, Xu Honghao, Li Naiwen, Fu Chengpeng and Du Yuan.

The play is adapted from Zhao Junkai's IP novel Black and White Forbidden Zone and Xin Zhihai's original script kill array Breaking the Ice. This paper tells the story of undercover policeman Gan wandering in the gray area for more than 10 years, resuming his life after severe recovery, and how to solve the mystery of crime by relying on a lost memory.

Changzhou is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Jiangsu Province, located in the south of Jiangsu Province and the center of the "Golden Triangle" in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River. It is bordered by the Yangtze River in the north, Taihu Lake in the east, Maoshan Mountain in the west and Tianmu Mountain in the south. Gan got to know the undercover police, and was instructed by them to become the informant of Tai Yongfeng, and made many brilliant achievements. He was specially approved by the provincial affairs department to become a policeman.

Gan fell into a coma when Su Ling detonated a bomb while performing the task of collecting nets for Caesar Group. Eight years later, Gan woke up in the hospital, but lost his memory. Caesar's case has not been solved because of insufficient evidence, and the memory of thunder in the sky has become the only key to unlock the secret. With the awakening of Gan, Caesar Group and Tan family revived.

Tai Yongfeng realized that there was a problem and decided to let Gan pursue it. Gan gradually recovered his memory and got the key information. In the end, through the efforts of the police, all the criminals of Caesar and Tan family were arrested, but Yang died heroically. After attending Yang's memorial service, Gan embarked on a new journey to find out the international criminal organization behind Caesar.
