How to shoot the starry sky at night and what preparations are needed?

Attention should be paid to in the preparation work:

1. Sunny weather

2. A tent or car as a rest place.

3. Bring warm clothes according to the season.

4. Black card (or a magazine, read it when it is exposed), always ready to block the strong light.

5. Flashlight (may need fill light)

6. The camera (preferably a negative film machine) and the digital camera should be fully charged (there are two batteries in the additional handle).

7.ISO 100 film; Digital camera set ISO to 100, and set noise reduction.

8. Wide-angle lens. According to personal preference, if you feel that the wide angle is not atmospheric enough, you can even consider wearing a fisheye lens.

9. Tripod and counterweight. A stable tripod, if you have a car, the heavier the tripod, the better; The counterweight can be unnecessary or arbitrary, and the bag can be filled with stones.

10. Cable release device

1 1. food. You must be hungry.

12. If possible, bring a spare camera (if you are too busy to read magazines when you are exposed, take pictures everywhere).

Attention should be paid to when shooting:

1. composition. Different people have different opinions. My suggestion is to choose an area with many stars, or find the Polaris first (if you have friends living in the southern hemisphere on Zhihu, you can also consider shooting south).

2. The choice of aperture. Personal opinion: F5.6-F 1 1 is ok.

3.ISO 100

Step 4 focus. Set infinity

5. Exposure time. This depends on the choice of aperture, and the ambient light at the position also affects the exposure time. For example, F5.6 takes about half an hour to an hour, and F 1 1 takes three to four hours or even longer. If you want to shoot a long track of stars with a digital camera, it's not impossible, but you should consider whether the CMOS of the camera can bear it (which is why I suggest taking a spare camera, and you can continue if it burns out. But most people have burned out their cameras and are not in the mood to shoot any more.

6. Patience. Whether waiting for exposure or waiting for digital camera processing.

Finally, it's not that I'm cautious. I still don't recommend using a digital camera for long exposure.
