Huaguang Wenbo Garden is located next to National Highway 324 in yutou village, Luo Yang Town, quanzhou taiwanese investment zone, in Huaguang Vocational College, with convenient transportation, about 6 kilometers away from shenyang-haikou expressway and 28 kilometers away from Jinjiang Airport. There are three art galleries, namely Langjingshan, Wu Yinxian and Chen Fuli.
