[China 14 Leaders of Social Organizations]

The China Federation of Literary and Art Circles is a people's organization led by China, which consists of the National Writers and Artists Association, the Federation of Literary and Art Circles of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and the National Federation of Industrial (Commercial) Literary and Art Circles.

It is also a bridge and link between the party and the government and the literary and art circles.
