Last June, 5438+10, our company wanted to replace the electric control system of the auxiliary shaft hoist. Through communication with the technical staff of the manufacturer, I compared the drawings one by one. Later, I copied the PLC ladder diagram program from the computer, and then learned one program after another, and finally figured out the general principle of the whole system. By making the corresponding operating rules and testing rules, I reset all the setting parameters of the inverter and translated some of the most important parameters into Chinese, which not only improved my professional and technical level, but also facilitated the daily maintenance work of the maintenance workers. Through many times of' finding problems and studying the causes, troubleshooting, and then communicating with the old masters, we are all familiar with this new guy and fully improve the work efficiency.
