1. Practical purpose: As a college student, I will help those younger brothers and sisters in their studies and help a girl in senior three to make up lessons. Give her a general summary of high school knowledge in order to help her improve her academic performance as much as I can.

Second, practical content: through a week of make-up lessons, point out the basic framework and difficulties of high school mathematics and English. Every afternoon, she comes to my house. I told her the knowledge points of mathematics and English, guided her to complete the winter vacation homework, and answered her doubts.

First of all, as far as teaching people is concerned, I am still an old hand and have some experience. Although the students are senior three students, there are still some problems for me, a college student who just entered the university. However, she is a liberal arts student and I am a science student in high school. In senior high school, my science math is still excellent, and my English is also top-notch, so I still have the confidence to teach this junior well.

In the first few days, I was not in a hurry to tell her about the knowledge in books. Instead, I communicated with her first, got a general understanding of her study, and thought she was a very smart girl. So, I think we should focus on the content of the book and tell her.

In view of her poor English performance and moderate math performance, I decided to start from various aspects. In English, through understanding, she usually has little time to listen to other materials except English listening class and listening homework assigned by the teacher at school, which leads to her inability to adapt to different pronunciation and intonation. When doing listening tests, she often loses the points she shouldn't lose because she hears wrong.

To solve this problem, in this winter vacation, I gave her a prescription: listen to different listening materials for half an hour every day. She has basically done all this, listening to English radio, English stories and English short stories as much as possible. After the whole holiday, the effect is quite good, my vocabulary is enlarged and I have mastered many listening skills. I believe there will be great improvement in the learning process next semester.

At the same time, urge her to remember high school words every day and look up some words every day, which can improve her reading level and speed up English reading. When she was reading, there were some words that she couldn't understand, so I taught her to understand the article as a whole according to my own experience. After a period of time, her harvest is still great.

In mathematics, I asked her to learn mathematics bit by bit from the contents of the book. After giving her some representative examples, she will carefully review the contents of the book and deepen her impression. Then I will leave some after-school exercises for her to teach herself. The next day, I will tell her about the practice the day before. I will give her a little infiltration of mathematical knowledge framework according to her own situation and chapters in the book, and make corresponding study plans.

Because high school mathematics is my good subject, I didn't prepare lessons when I filled in the numbers for her. The exercises in the book can be answered in many ways. Every time I make up lessons, I will tell her some questions that she can't understand, and then I will talk a little bit according to the contents of the book. According to each section of high school mathematics, combined with the problem-setting mode of college entrance examination mathematics in recent three years, give her a classified explanation. Give her examples from the time control and strategy of doing multiple-choice questions, filling in the blanks and solving problems, so that she can get a certain score when doing each set of papers.

In this way, I teach her to study every day. When she is tired of studying, we will chat to relieve her study pressure. More than a week passed quickly. Although I can't help her much in a short time, I feel I have done my best.

Third, practical results: Through more than a week of counseling, I have practiced what I have learned before, helped others, and improved my teaching ability as a normal student.

Fourth, practice summary: short-term practical activities have taught me a lot. Teaching is not an easy task. Only by improving your own ability can you teach others well. Through the internship in the wedding photography shop, you can improve your professional practice ability, learn the professional skills of photography and video shooting, improve your professional learning level, increase your knowledge and lay the foundation for future study and employment.

Second, the practical content.

After returning home from school holiday, I visited some wedding dress shops near my home, and inquired about the details of the shops and the arrangement of personnel. Following the actual operation of professionals, after repeated comparison and consideration, I chose a wedding photography shop called "Paris Spring" for internship, which is not far from home and has more internship opportunities.

In the first week of internship, I participated in the training with three interns, Xiao Wei and Xiao Yuan, learned the precautions for indoor and outdoor shooting, became familiar with all kinds of photographic equipment, observed and copied the finished products of photography art, and analyzed the site characteristics of location shooting.

At first, we learned to deal with photographic works in the store, designed the styles required by customers, and later processed digital photos of different styles. In the process of processing these photos, Photoshop, a photo processing tool I just learned at school, came in handy. Because when I was studying at school, I didn't have many classes in this course. I only learned some basic operation skills, and I didn't have much practical operation after class. In the post-processing process, I also learned a lot of skills to beautify pictures in Photoshop.

After a period of getting along, my relationship with Xiao Wei and Xiao Yuan is very harmonious. We work and study together, and the atmosphere is harmonious. I'm glad to know them. Although we haven't been together for a long time, I believe we will never forget the days when we worked with them.

With a certain post-processing ability, we asked Min Jie, the store manager, to let us start learning outdoor photography, so Min Jie arranged for us to go to the square with photographers Wang Ge and Xiaoyue to shoot location. We happily ran to Wang's brother and sister to help them move photographic equipment. Because we were so excited, Xiao Yuan accidentally bumped into the car door while moving position lamp. We sat in the location shooting car and sang happily. When we arrived at the square, we excitedly moved things out and let an aunt who took a wedding photo cover her mouth and laugh all the time. Wang Ge first chose to take a group of wedding photos with the bamboo forest as the background, while Sister Xiaoyue went to the lawn to take photos for another couple of customers who took wedding photos. Because the sunshine in the afternoon was still dazzling, Xiao Wei and I chose to follow Wang Ge to the bamboo forest, while Xiao Yuan followed Xiaoyue's sister to shoot on the lawn. Brother Wang explained some basic settings of the camera to us while adjusting the parameters of the camera. At the same time, communicate with uncles and aunts who take wedding photos, so that they can have a natural expression when shooting. Brother Wang also chose to shoot in the pigeon house and running water waterfall as the background, which gave me a preliminary understanding of the skills and precautions of photographic composition. The first time we went out on location, we benefited a lot, but what's more interesting is that Xiao Yuan kept saying that he was tanned after he got back to the car, which made us play a lot of jokes.

With the first location, we gradually became busy. When you come to the store early in the morning, you should first prepare the equipment, check whether the shooting equipment such as batteries, memory cards and lenses are normal, contact the customers who want to take wedding photos that day, and remind them of some precautions and items that need to be brought. Then contact makeup artist Xiaojie and clothing artist Li Jie to come to the store, first show them the real map and shooting requirements taken that day, and then help them prepare the cosmetics and clothes they want to use. Before the customer comes, he needs to contact the positioning car driver, Master Zhou, to arrive at the store at the specified time. After everything was ready, while customers were putting on makeup and trying on clothes, we quickly moved the photographic equipment, suitcases and cosmetic boxes to the outdoor car. In the location shooting, we will help brother Wang and sister Wang with flashlights, tripods and clothes. Sometimes I have to help with clothes and cosmetic boxes. After the shooting, I went back to the store and had to follow the post-production Liu Xuechang to process the photos. Shoot one group every morning, then another group in the afternoon, and sometimes two groups in the afternoon. I often lie down tired as soon as I get home, but every day when I come to the store and see everyone working so hard, my enthusiasm suddenly swells.

It's August in a blink of an eye. After practicing in the shop for a month, I began to find that every day's work is repeating the same things, repetitive actions, repetitive people, repetitive thinking, and everything is repeating what I did yesterday. This kind of life seems not what I want. But the thought that this is a period of exercise, but also a kind of exercise, I constantly comforted myself and talked with Xiao Wei and Xiaoyue's sister. Only then do I know that this is work and this is life.

After this period of anxiety, I was deeply touched and realized how difficult and arduous life is. At school, we didn't feel anything, but once we step into the society, we will find that life is not as beautiful and smooth as we thought. Every job needs our efforts to maintain and fight. Fourth, internship summary: Through this month's internship, I enhanced my professional practice ability, learned many methods and skills that I couldn't learn in school, and gained some experience in photography practice.
