In March p>1976, Cuimiao Electromechanical Chemical School was founded.

in July, 1991, with the consent of the people's government of Henan province, the school was renamed as Zhengzhou electromechanical school.

in March, 1992, the school set up a new campus in Yulong town, which is at the junction of Xingyang, Zhengzhou, and moved in the summer of 1993.
