Changde Happy Water World and Kale Planet are both located in Liuye Lake Tourist Resort in Changde City, Hunan Province, but they are two different entertainment facilities in the same place.

Changde Kale Planet is positioned as a large-scale high-tech and Internet theme park, which is divided into five regions: Kale Town, Fairy Tale Kingdom, Sun Tribe, Happy Hour and Romantic Mediterranean.
