What positions are required to be a member of a club in a university?

A society has a standing board of directors, which serves as the executive body. It consists of a president, a secretary-general and heads of departments.

The departments mainly include: Propaganda Department, Finance Department, External Relations Department, and Organization Department.

The job responsibilities of each are:

President’s responsibilities:

1. Convene and chair the board of directors, propose proposals, and guide their work.

2. Speak and report work at the general membership meeting and other corresponding meetings.

3. Supervise the activities and financial situation of the society.

Secretariat Responsibilities:

1. Develop and mobilize members, upload and distribute, and coordinate the work of various departments.

2. Do a good job in file, bill management and recording.

Responsibilities of the Propaganda Department:

1. Responsible for the image design and publicity of the association.

2. Promote activities organized by societies and other departments.

Finance Department Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the financial budget of major activities.

2. Responsible for collecting and managing various incomes of the company.

Responsibilities of the External Liaison Department:

1. Responsible for external liaison and contact activities.

2. External publicity and soliciting sponsorship from enterprises and people from all walks of life.

Responsibilities of the Organization Department:

1. Responsible for the organization and planning of various activities.
