25-year-old Thai photographer Tun (Alette Aihualing) and his girlfriend Jane (Natalie Whelan Tamei) are drinking with friends. On the way home, they accidentally knocked down a woman, and the car went out of control and ran into a billboard on the roadside. The unconscious woman was lying in the middle of the road, but at this time, there were cars driving behind. Instead of getting off to visit the injured, they chose to leave the scene by car.

However, after the accident, strange things followed. Tun found some strange lights and images in the photos he took. At first, he thought it was just a shooting mistake. Later, after careful verification, he realized that the mysterious image in the photo was similar to the woman they knocked down. At the same time, Tun not only had nightmares, but also had inexplicable pain in his neck.

The next day, Tun and his girlfriend decided to go to the scene of the accident again, but they didn't find the body of the woman who was hit.
