In addition to unpacking, this article will tell you more about my personal experience and skills during my one-month use in Yunnan. Recently, I heard that A7C is going to stop production, and I don't know if the price will increase.

As I said before, this is a gift from my wife on the Double Eleven, but it was not bought in cash, but used to exchange a JD.COM card worth buying and redeeming. I was going to buy my wife another big apple, DJI or Dyson, but my wife insisted on the upcoming trip and decided to buy a more advanced camera for her family-Sony A7C, which we had long been optimistic about.

Starting from the Double Eleven, the bare-metal price of 1.22w, plus my JD.COM card of 1w saved before, was supplemented by 2,000 yuan, which should be regarded as the most expensive camera I have ever bought.

Holding it in my hand, I really can't imagine such a miniature body. It is actually a Quan Huafu sensor.

There are not many buttons and pulsators on the top of the machine, and the lack of front pulsator is also a point that is widely vomited by everyone. I started using double pulse, but I got used to it later.

At the bottom of the battery compartment, Sony's FZ 100 battery is very powerful, 2280mAh, and you don't need to change the battery when you go out all day. In the later journey, I usually charge once every two days, and every time I charge, I have at least 30% power. Compared with the previous Panasonic camera, I have to take two more batteries when I go out, which is really much lighter.

Before, I only used half-frame and M43-frame cameras, which was my first time to contact Quan Huafu sensor. It's really great. ...

There is no money to buy a G lens, but I am very optimistic about the original A7C 28-60mm F4-5.6 because of its small size. I bought a brand-new set of small yellow croaker heads for 1000.

The screen at the back has been upgraded to rollover, and the usability is different. I'm actually more used to folding up and down, but another advantage of rollover is that it's more convenient to shoot videos. However, Sony's screen also has a slot, that is, no matter how high-end machines, the so-called touch screen can only support touch focus, not full touch screen operation, and can't touch the control menu.

The side is the NFC contact area, but when I put on the camera holster, I can't use NFC connection.

The camera has rich interfaces on the left side, with SD single card slot in the middle. This is another point that many people will vomit, but I have never used a double-slot machine, so it doesn't matter. I can accept sacrificing a card slot for the ultimate size.

So the most important criterion for me to choose a camera and lens is "enough light". There is no burden to take with you when you go out every day, whether you take pictures or not. (See the last Pu 'er article for details about the origin of this little panda pendant. )

I prefer to carry the shoulder bag and the inner container. In addition, the latest Manfutu Tote bag is also particularly suitable, especially for a micro-camera like A7C, 1 camera, and two mirrors can be easily done.

The first camera I bought was a D90 from a shoe factory, and later I changed it to a D300. However, the bulky SLR once made me dislike taking it out. The camera+lens weighs more than 3 kg, and the shoulders and neck will be ruined when going out to play.

So I changed hands into the pits of M43, Olympus EM5, EP5 (for parents) and Panasonic GX85 (for wife). Although the picture quality is a bit poor, they make me continue to like to go out with my camera.

If you put Sony A7C together with these cameras, you can see how exquisite it is, almost equivalent to my M43 Panasonic GX85.

I have everything from the earliest fixed screen to the folding screen up and down, and finally the A7C flip screen. But as far as the experience is concerned, opening up and down is faster and more intuitive. When the screen is near the lens, there is always a deviation in the movement of the lens.

Starting from DX, it did not switch to FX, but dropped to M43, but finally returned to the embrace of Quan Huafu sensor. Compared with my M43 sensor of Olympus EM5, Xiaoqi's sensor is indeed much bigger.

But then again, this menu is really not easy to use. Not only can it not be controlled by touch, but it takes a long time to find a function. For example, when I go to a coffee shop to take photos, I am used to mute, that is, electronic shutter, but the shutter sound and focus sound of A7C are actually controlled by two settings, so I need to change two settings every time I switch mute, which is more troublesome!

The above are several options that I usually use in my favorites list at present. Mute and half-frame mode are both commonly used by me. In addition, if the photos are directly deleted from the computer card reader, there will be a problem that the photos cannot be displayed in the camera, and it is necessary to "repair the image database" to rebuild.

After talking about the fuselage, I want to talk about this camera lens that everyone seems to dislike.

As a lens released together with A7C, SEL2860 is a compact and lightweight Quan Huafu zoom lens. With a weight of only 167g and a size of 66.6mm * 45mm, A7C can form an extremely lightweight Quan Huafu imaging system.

I have used many zoom lenses, such as Nikon's 18- 105mm and Olympus's 14-42mm. This 28-60mm lens has the highest quality, and it can show very good definition and resolution on A7C's 2400w pixel sensor.

How to use it. It opens in a similar way to my previous Olympus 1442. It is necessary to open the lens to a usable state of 28mm first, and then put it away for easy carrying and storage.

Comparatively speaking, I prefer the electric zoom head of Olympus 1442. It would be better if 28-60 can refer to its design.

Small aperture. This is really small, F4-5.6, and even changed my daily habit of using aperture priority. In order to keep enough snapshot speed, I usually keep the shutter speed at1160, but fortunately, A7C's Quan Huafu sensor has quite good high sensitivity, and the shutter is not high enough to make up for it. This may be the correct way to open the 28-60mm lens.

The nearest focal length is 0.3m(28 ends) -0.45m(60 ends), which can't be said to be easy to use, but the overall nearest focal length of Sony lens is not that close. (My Olympus 12-40mm is still relatively easy to use. Recently, the focus is only 0.2m. )

There is no 24mm wide angle. What's there to vomit? Don't most people hang up at 24-70? In fact, there is really no difference between the wide-angle ends of 24 and 28. 28 is not complete, 24 is enough. There is nothing wrong with taking two more steps back. 16-35mm is used for real buildings and super-wide portraits. This is the building I photographed in Kunming. 1903. It's really difficult to shoot a big scene at 28mm, but I can reach the standard with my mobile phone 19mm wide angle.

Half-frame mode opens a new world. Full-frame cameras generally have a function called half-frame mode. A7C turns on the half-frame mode and becomes 1000W pixel, and the focal length of 28-60 becomes 42-90mm, so don't think the focal length is an obstacle, and easily cover 28-90 mm..

I think the 28-60mm ferrule mentioned above is a very good hang-up option for A7C. If you want a portable zoom lens, you can make good use of it.

Of course, it cannot be said that 28-60 is the best hook. Considering the small size, there are a series of fixed focus, such as SEL35F28Z, SEL50F25G, SEL40F25G, SEL24F28G and so on. , which conforms to the portable characteristics of A7c and is suitable for A7 hook.

Sigma released a series of contemporary lenses in 2020, which is very suitable for A7C's compact body. Strong retro style, compact lens volume, heavy hand feeling, and magnetic lens cover, Sigma named it "I" series, striving to create a "compact and advanced fixed-focus lens".

Two of the most promising lenses should be 35mm F2 and 45mm F2. 8 35mm F2. The key is that they are cheaper than the original SEL40F25G and have a larger aperture. 45mm F2.8 is equivalent to the original SEL50F25G, but it is much cheaper. If the aperture requirement is not high, hanging up is also a good choice.

The zoom lens selection of A7C is actually very tangled. Regardless of the adapter ring, there are Sony SEL24 105G, SEL24240, Sigma 28-70, Longteng 28-75 and Longteng 28-200 at present. For this reason, I made a list to compare the size and weight of the lens. Considering comprehensively, the original lens 28-60 is the smallest, but in terms of lens quality, Sigma 28-70 is the most suitable zoom lens for A7C.

The size is 72.2mm* 10 1.5mm and the weight is 470g g. Its weight and volume are not much different from those of Olympus 12-40mm in my hand, so I made a sketch of its appearance and thought it was ok. The pan/tilt of Oba 12-40 is basically the limit of my tolerance for micro-single conventional lenses. This head is still very classic, feels excellent, and it is the favorite of touching the party, especially the click sound of the manual focus ring, which is cool. It can be said that it is because of this head that I have kept EM5 from retiring.

The size and weight of the lens match the A7C fuselage. (A7C, it would be nice if you could adjust this lens. )

Finally, the two lenses are huge. Although they are not as portable as A7C, I prefer them.

The choice of Sony camera on 35mm is really too broad, with 35.4GM on the top, 35.8 on the bottom and 35.2.8 ZA on the middle. But I prefer 35.4ZA. Although it has been released for six years, it is the flagship of Sony 35 in those years. Although the purple edge is serious and heavy, it focuses quickly and Jiao Wai looks good. The second-hand price is about 5,000 yuan. I think all the above questions are.

Sony's 24- 105mm F4 is a G lens, covering the common focal lengths from wide angle to telephoto. This focal length plus the constant aperture of F4 is a very practical lens, whether it is a shoe factory or a mobile lens. Fast focusing and good image quality. There is nothing wrong with it except the large focus (83.4mm* 1 13.3mm, 663g).

How old is it? At present, the Nikon 17-55mm F2.8 and 24- 105 in my hand have the same volume and weight. Here I'll change it to A7C fuselage for a demonstration.
