About the shooting of black and white movies

Hello ~ ~

First of all, you should master the three primary colors and three complementary colors of photography.

The three primary colors are red, green and blue.

The three complementary colors are yellow, magenta and cyan. (The so-called product is magenta, similar to pink, but not big red)

After you figure this out, you can choose freely ~

Complementary color means that there are no other colors at all, and red and green are mixed into yellow. Because there is no blue at all, yellow is the complementary color of blue. Two equal complementary colors are mixed into white. Red and green are mixed into yellow according to a certain proportion. So yellow is not the primary color.

Because you are shooting black and white film, the film is composed of three colors: black, white and gray. There is no color, but there is black and white contrast. For black and white film, the purpose of color filter is to make the contrast between black and white more prominent, black is thorough, white is bright, and the gray part has a gradient.

Choose a color filter according to your different shooting requirements. For example, if you want to shoot grass ~ ~ grass is green, and the color should be gray after shooting it into black and white film. According to your shooting requirements ~ ~ If you want the grass to be light gray, you can choose the green color filter ~ ~ If you want the grass to be dark gray ~ ~, you should use the yellow color filter in the three primary colors ~ ~

Choose your own color filter according to your own requirements for black, white and gray contrast ~ ~

I hope this helps.
