How to stabilize hand-held camera
First, the correct posture
Most photographers hold their cameras in the same posture, but they often ignore the importance of body posture. Many people lean forward and use their arms to keep the camera stable. The correct posture is that, like lifting most heavy objects, the best way is to bear the weight with your legs, so you need to adjust your foot posture to adapt to the following principles.
1. Hold the camera with both hands. In which the left hand holds the lens and the right hand holds the body and controls the shutter.
2. Take a half step forward and keep your knees slightly bent. In this way, you can distribute your weight evenly on your legs.
3. Raise the camera and pose for general shooting. For digital SLR cameras, the viewfinder is held in front of the right eye, while for portable digital cameras, it is held at the eye level of about 15cm in front of the face.
4. Clip your arms to your sides. The left forearm should be completely vertical, and should not go forward beyond the toes. Be sure to avoid leaning forward, otherwise it will cause camera shake.
2. At the shooting scene, wrap one end of the rope around the camera lens and let the other end hang on the ground.
Step on the rope on the ground with one foot, and then slowly lift the camera to your eyes. Straighten the rope carefully, but be careful not to use too much force to avoid affecting the fuselage and lens interface.
4. When the rope is stretched into a straight line, press the shutter gently according to the posture described in the prompt 1.
Second, the holding method
1. The posture of footsteps is the same as that of 1. The left foot is in front, the right foot is behind, and it is shoulder width.
2. Turn the upper body so that the left shoulder faces the subject.
3. Hold the machine with your right hand and place the frame in the depression below the clavicle between your left shoulder and your body.
__4. Fix the camera inward with the left hand and completely fix the right hand. Keep the weight of your body distributed on your feet and observe the viewfinder with your left eye. Take a deep breath and press the shutter.
1, master the camera center of gravity.
When the camera is shooting, the center of gravity of the camera should safely fall on the support point. Take the posture of shoulder-mounted machine and see if the center of gravity of the camera falls on your shoulder completely and steadily. Use tables, chairs, walls, branches and other fixed supports that can be used during shooting to keep the machine stable. Of course, it would be better to take pictures with a tripod.
Step 2 control breathing
Pay attention to the control of breathing when shooting, because ignoring the ups and downs of the body will inevitably affect the stability of the camera. There are two ways to control your breathing. One is called holding your breath, that is, holding your breath when shooting.
The correct way to hold your breath is to take a deep breath, then slowly exhale for half the time, start holding your breath and start shooting at the same time. The other is abdominal breathing. When shooting, the chest should be still, and the abdominal breathing should be even and shallow, and the frequency should be fast. Don't take deep breaths.
3. Stability
Stability requires that the camera can shoot a smooth picture whether it is a fixed lens or a moving lens to avoid aimless jitter. When walking and shooting, in order to reduce the shaking caused by walking, the knees should be slightly bent and the feet should move parallel to the ground to slow down and reduce the stride.
Extended data:
Camera shooting skills:
1 First, hold the camera steady and level.
2. The camera shooting method includes "push, pull, move and shake" in addition to freeze (shooting in a scene without any action).
3. Press-Change the scene from a large scene (panorama) to a small scene (close-up) through the zoom button.
4. Pull-Change the scene from a small scene (close-up) to a large scene (panorama) through the zoom button.
5. Moving-Shooting while moving is like shooting from the side window while sitting in the car.
6. Jitter-the camera is fixed, and the camera lens rotates in the horizontal or vertical or diagonal direction to shoot.
7. No matter what shooting method is adopted, the starting scene (the scene where shooting begins) and the left picture (the scene where shooting ends) should be clear and last for two or three seconds. Push-pull and swing process should be uniform, and it is forbidden to be fast and slow, repeated and ups and downs without purpose.
8. It is best to hold the camera with both hands, which is definitely more stable than one hand, or use something that can be supported around you or prepare a camera tripod. In any case, try to reduce the jitter of the picture.
Walking and shooting is the most taboo and the most common mistake. This shooting method is only used under special circumstances. It must be remembered that the stability of the picture is the first requirement of dynamic photography.
How to eliminate camera shake
1. Try not to loose the site. WarpStabilizer enlarges the picture when removing jitter. In order to ensure that the main scene will not change greatly, you need to leave a margin around the screen.
2. Try to avoid the foreground objects being too close to the lens, because the objects that are too close to the lens will have a large jitter amplitude, which is difficult to eliminate later.
3. Try to avoid direct light on the lens and pay attention to cleaning the dirty marks on the lens. The lens spots and dirt marks on the lens are fixed relative to the lens. After eliminating the picture shake, these unfixed things will keep shaking and the lens will look strange.
