There are more than one hundred buffaloes crossing Jialing River. What did the buffalo do?
Jialing River? A hundred cows cross the river? Grand occasion Every spring, it is the season when flowers grow. The two Jiang Xindao behind Peng 'an County of Jialing River in Sichuan are very attractive. These two Jiang Xindao have a large area, one is round like the sun and the other is curved like the moon. They are called Sun Island and Moon Island by local people, and they are formed by the accumulation of sediment washed by rivers over the years. Because of the beautiful environment on the island, plants and weeds are very lush, and the buffaloes along the Jialing River have long been salivating. Every morning, after the floodgates were opened, nearly 200 buffaloes went from the shore to the middle reaches of Jialing River, and flocked to Jiang Xindao to graze beautifully. Hundreds of buffaloes swam across the river at the same time, which is unprecedented. In the sun, bulls surge in the river and look spectacular. This ecological miracle has now become a business card of local cultural tourism, attracting a large number of tourists to watch and take photos, which has effectively promoted the development of local tourism.
Buffalo is in harmony with the environment. These two islands in the middle of the river have a particularly beautiful environment and rich vegetation. Many wild birds and egrets often live here and have become a paradise for cattle to eat grass for many years. In the late spring and early autumn from May to 65438+ 10 every year, in the early morning, the cows will splash into the water and swim to Jiang Xindao without the cowherd shouting. After landing on the island, they will leisurely graze on the grass, which is in harmony with the egrets flying around for food. At night, the buffaloes thought it was almost time, so they took the initiative to go into the water and swam back to the shore and their cowshed. The whole process is very spiritual, and basically no one cares.
How did Bainiu cross the river? This natural wonder is formed in the natural process. Before 1994, the water level of Jialing River in this area was not high, and nearby buffaloes could directly graze on the island in the middle of the river. It has become a common practice for cattle to graze on the island. Later, Ma Hui Power Station lowered its gate to store water, which raised the water level of this section of the river. However, cattle still can't stand the temptation of tender grass on the central island of the river, and they waded in droves to graze on Jiang Lai Island. When the water level is high, cows cross the river to the island every morning and swim back to the shore at night, gradually forming this basically fixed spectacle. Hundreds of cows crossed the river and became a well-known tourist punch card project.
