Filming tidbits of the micro-film "Happy Flowers Bloom"

The micro-movie "Happy Flowers Bloom" is a small public welfare film.

However, because the production will be completed in mid-May, the time is still a bit hasty. After the script was written, I kept in touch with director Lian Zi and Chairman Fang.

In order to enhance the authenticity, it was decided to use the true colors of the extras, and the actors used dialect dialogue.

On April 24th, the film crew headed by director Lian Zi immediately plunged into intense preparations. In order to save time, the film crew reduced all social activities and declined all media interviews. The film crew carefully debugged the shooting equipment in the residence to ensure that the machine can work normally when shooting.

? On the morning of 25th, the film crew finished their meal early and went straight to du cun, the hometown of Jizheng.

After the film crew installed the equipment in place, a brief opening ceremony was held at the entrance of the village. President Fang and director Lian Zi simply emphasized the significance of discipline and filming, and asked everyone to raise their awareness.

The opening ceremony attracted many villagers' onlookers, and everyone was very interested to learn that the microfilm was being filmed. Fortunately, the villagers cooperated with the work of the film crew, and there was nothing that could not be done because of onlookers.

? The biggest problem encountered in filming is that female number one is too difficult to communicate. Liu Tian, the heroine of "Spring Flower No.1", plays in her true colors. Because of her innate quality, the shooting work is often stuck. Liu Tian in life is also the help object of the Family Planning Commission and the direct beneficiary of the happiness project project. But she is a mentally retarded mother, and her IQ is still at the level of a five-or six-year-old child.

Fortunately, the director's natural patience took pains to shoot again and again until he was satisfied. Liu Tianhe is not familiar with the director, but he is familiar with Mars. Because Li Ying often helps their family and strives for all kinds of help from their superiors, their family is very grateful to Li Ying. As a result, Li Ying, a village cadre, became the "deputy director" in the filming. When stuck, Lianzi first communicates with Li Ying to express his intention, and then Li Ying conveys the meaning to Liu Tian.

Originally designed for Liu Tian, she had lines, but she couldn't express them. She had to be inspired to act until she said the lines that the director thought were "satisfactory". This is obviously a great test for the director. It is very rare to boldly enable people with intellectual disabilities to be actors in the entertainment circle, which may fill a gap in the director industry.

"Adventure" directed by Lian Zi proved to be a great success, but actors like Liu Tian became the biggest highlight of the film and the biggest feature of this microfilm.

? On the first day of shooting, Liu Tian had no idea what a performance was. It takes ten times as much effort as ordinary people to shoot a gun. Several young men in the film crew simply felt that they were going to collapse, complaining that they had chosen such an "actor" and didn't know how to shoot next. It was taken at 9 o'clock on the first night, and the task of the day was finally completed. Fortunately, the next day, through the "running-in" of the previous day, Liu Tian seemed to find the "feeling" and began to keep pace with the director, which made the director very pleased.

I wonder, if you can handle such actors, who else in the world can't? The next day's shooting seems to be much smoother than the first day. I thought the shooting would be on the fast track, but on the third day, the problem came again. Liu Tian always "plays" when shooting. She doesn't think it's an act. She always takes it for granted. This kind of "involvement" should have been a good thing, but Liu Tian's "involvement" is unavoidable, which makes people feel very sorry.

In the shooting on the 27th, the film crew did a lot of work for Liu Tian's "getting into the play" and spent a lot of effort.

On this day, in Wangdian No.1 Middle School, I want to shoot Guangming, the son of mother Liu Tian. He disliked his mother's ugliness and ran away in a rage. The teacher and mother looked for the light, and the light hid in the tree and accidentally fell down. When filming the light falling to the ground, the director painted his face with fake blood and made him lie on the ground and pretend to be unconscious.

Unexpectedly, Liu Tian saw his son lying motionless on the ground, thinking that his son was really injured and threw himself on his son, crying and grieving. The director's repeated explanations didn't help. Later, the director simply made a mistake and captured this set of shots. Later, when it was played back, this set of shots became a classic. Other shots were originally designed below, but because Liu Tian was too sad, he had to change it to the next day.

The next shooting work basically went smoothly. Shooting a family planning cadre meeting, Chunhua's family worked in a cooperative, and Guangming was admitted to a university without any difficulty. Because Liu Tiantai "entered the show", the shooting work was not completed on time, and later a day was made up.

The film crew is basically busy until 9: 00 pm every day, and shooting the scene of Guangming in the hospital is also busy until one or two in the evening. The young people in the film crew are very dedicated. Although they came from the foot of Beijing Imperial City, they quickly adapted to the pace of life here, which was touching. During the whole shooting process, President Fang always paid close attention to the process and provided good service at any time, which ensured the smooth progress of the shooting work. On the last day of filming, President Fang held a ceremony for all the participants and spoke highly of the filming, which made everyone very happy.

After the shooting, the professional post-production staff entered the intense post-production work. Because time is tight, there is still a lot of work to be done in music, monologues, subtitles and effects. And the director doesn't know how many sleepless nights to spend.
