Brief introduction of Liu Kaiming.

Liu Kaiming, male, Han nationality,1born in September 1964, a native of Minqin, Gansu province, joined the party in 10/992, and joined the work in June 1985. He graduated from the Chemistry Department of Northwest Normal University with a bachelor of science degree in culture, and is now studying for a master's degree in chemical machinery in Lanzhou University of Technology. He is currently the vice president and member of the Party Committee of Gansu Machinery Industry School.
