How to back up computer data
So as to separate a copy of a separately stored program or file from the original text.
At present, there are three backup methods: external device storage, duplicate backup of files in hard disk and server backup.
There are two ways to store external devices.
CD-ROM backup: burn all files directly to CD-ROM as copies, and specially prepare a CD-ROM box to store backup CDs for long-term storage in the future. It is suggested to carve two copies, one for a disposable CD, to ensure that scratches on the CD will not damage the data. Another copy is ready. If it is damaged, take out the file from the disposable CD and burn another one. The original disposable CD will be transformed into a ready-to-use CD. Fundamentally solve the problem of hardware loss.
Flash disk, mobile hard disk backup, flash disk is slightly smaller, suitable for a small number of file backup. Mobile hard disk has a large capacity, which can back up all files of the computer, but the disadvantage is that the cost is too high compared with CD-ROM. And it is not suitable for the original function of mobile hard disk, that is, it can be used at will.
There are two ways to copy files on the hard disk.
Backing up files directly to another disk is usually used for non-full format reloading systems;
Using restore software to directly back up the whole partition file is equivalent to compressing all files into a large compressed package.
Server backup files, that is, network backup. It is recommended to select the charging type of backup. Free backup will cause files to be lost during access. Server providers can completely avoid risk liability, and charging companies can get corresponding compensation. Therefore, it is not recommended to back up some private files on a free server.
Question 2: How to back up important computer data? Now, the computer has become one of the indispensable tools in most offices, and a lot of data are stored in the hard disk of the computer. And the server, the data stored is even more amazing. If the data stored in the system is damaged or deleted by mistake, the loss will be incalculable. Especially the server on the network, once the data is damaged, the system can not serve, and the loss is even more terrible. Apart from the destruction of data, it is impossible to estimate the effort and time spent by visitors to reconstruct data.
Therefore, the system administrator must back up regularly, so that the loss caused by data destruction will be minimized, the time for rebuilding data will be shortened, and the server can resume online service in the shortest time.
Take Yahoo, Yi Bei, Amazon and other world-renowned websites that were attacked at the beginning of this year as an example. Because of the perfect backup operating system, these websites can quickly resume service after being destroyed by hackers for two or three hours.
Overview of storage devices
With the development of various storage technologies, there are many products that can be used as backup materials, such as hard disk, floppy disk, removable disk, disk array, MO, PD, CD-R, CD-RW, ZIP, optical disk cabinet, tape drive, miniature, etc.
Here are a few commonly used products, hoping to help you. In the future, we will make further analysis on specific products, so you can pay attention to it.
Micro-micro-original backup
Micro-backup is the earliest and most traditional data backup method. It uses photography to process miniature data and store them in microfilm. Before the miniaturization of data, it must go through detailed procedures such as consulting, sorting, compiling and quoting, so as to be retrieved and consulted in the future.
The advantage of microfilm is to reduce the manuscript to film, and there will be no human errors such as missing manuscripts (missing keys) and typos. After all kinds of files are miniaturized, they cannot be read without the help of a reader. When reading the microform, it is exactly the same as when reading the original document, and it is correct.
Because it is not an electronic backup file, it is impossible to do full-text retrieval, reading and other actions. However, in foreign countries, it is regarded as a legal substitute for the original document.
Tape drive-the best partner of the server
Among many storage devices, tape drives have a long history, large storage capacity and low unit storage cost. Tape drives are like ordinary music tapes. Recording (writing) is carried out in sequence. When reading materials, just like listening to songs, they must be rolled up to the position where the songs are located before they can be played. Tape drives are widely used in servers.
These products are currently being used by users. Especially CD-R and CD-RW, because of their cheap discs, are more and more loved by many people. However, MO and ZIP are more expensive than CD-R and CD-RW optical drives because of their smaller storage capacity. And some time ago, ORB and USB interface thumb storage appeared in the market. This has a great impact on MO and ZIP, and will gradually fade out of the market. As users, we certainly have reason to hope that more and better products will appear and be suitable for different users.
Question 3: How to back up the data on the computer According to my personal experience, I recommend several ways for you. You can choose one or combine them.
(1) buy a big hard disk, 1T or more, which is specially used to store important files, pictures, videos and documents in the computer.
② Cloud storage. You can choose a series of cloud storage such as Baidu Cloud, 360 Cloud Disk, Wei Yun, 1 15 and Jinshan Cloud Disk.
Question 4: How to restore the data backed up on the computer to the mobile phone? How does the landlord back up the data to the computer? There must be an assistant who can use it to recover. No other software works, just what is used for backup? I usually use the computer version of the application treasure. After connecting the mobile phone, I click on the data backup in the toolbox to back it up, and then restore the data and restore the information. I don't know what program the landlord used. But it's the same. Just find the recovery project. If you put the backup package on your computer after backup, you need to copy it back to your mobile phone to restore it, or use what to back it up. I hope I can help you.
Question 5: How to back up the things in the computer hard disk? If you have a burner, you can back it up with a CD. If it is a DVD burner, a DVD 4.7G, all copies are backed up. Be careful when carving, and check the data when carving. And save the backup CD.
It is more convenient to back up with hard disk, and important data is put into the backup hard disk. Turn off the hard disk in BIOS function at ordinary times, and then turn it on when necessary.
Question 6: The computer should be used as a system. How to back up things on the desktop? Are all the upstairs professionals?
Let me teach you:
1. Open C:\Documents and Settings, and find the folder with the same user name as you used when logging in to the system (usually the administrator folder for home use).
2. There are two folders named Favorites and Desktop. Copy these two folders to your D drive (you can choose the storage path of D drive yourself, just remember). If you want to delete all your hard disks, just copy them to your USB flash drive.
3. After the system is redone, copy these two files to the original location of disk C (overwrite), and then you will display the original desktop on the desktop.
4, this method is more convenient than upstairs, upstairs professionals don't want it, people just need a desktop, you let people back up the whole C disk.
5, pure hands, very hard, no points have to be used.
Question 7: How to safely back up the files in my computer? In fact, what you need to do is simple. The so-called C disk backup is to save office documents, office materials and storage materials. In fact, you don't need to back up the entire drive. For example, create a new folder on disk D, then create a shortcut on the desktop, and then throw all your things in, then the storage path is actually on disk D, and my documents and desktop can also set the path to disk D. The method is very simple. Find my documents and desktop folders directly and cut them to any other drive letter you want to store (if you don't use the documents in this path, it will show that there are files in use and you can't move them).
Question 8: What should I back up before reinstalling my computer? How to back up? You don't need a backup at all, just some important things, such as templates for drawing sounds and shadows, work materials, important materials on the desktop and so on. . Put what you think is important on any disk;
It is recommended to reinstall the software. After reinstalling the system, it will not be in the registry, only the installation package will be kept.
After the above operations are completed, you can reinstall the system. During installation, drive C is removed, and other drives remain unchanged.
It should be noted that your system disk is not randomly attached. If it is not recommended to download drivers from official website first, (mainly network card drivers).
Don't ask!
Question 9: How to back up the files in the computer? Is it just copying? Are you talking about backing up all files in the system or just backing up one file?
If the computer is fully backed up, you can enter the control panel for system backup.
Just a file, copy and compress.
