After graduating from high school, Fujii did not listen to his parents' opinions and was admitted to the photography department of the Art Department of Japanese University as he wished. Under the introduction of my brother, I began to work as an assistant in Taro Akiyama's studio when I was a sophomore. Later, because of busy work, Fujii dropped out of school. He knows that he can learn a lot of knowledge and experience at work that he can't learn at school. Three years later, Fujii was recommended by Mr. Akiyama to the newly established clothing magazine, taking photos during the day and doing darkroom at night, and he was fully qualified for the job. At this time, a popular female star in Japanese magazines, Fujii began to shoot portraits, which laid a solid foundation for his future portrait shooting. After another three years, Fujii didn't want to fall into a strange circle of conformism. At this time, the Japan Design Center has just been established. Fujii used to be a photographer, mainly responsible for advertising photography of Toyota, Asahi Kasei and Nikon.

After working in Japan Design Center for three years, Fujii quit his job, opened his own studio, became a freelance photographer, and started his favorite black-and-white portrait photography. He paid a large sum of money to a beautiful girl who was only sixteen years old, so that she could only be her own special model. In less than a year, Fujii had a great understanding of the sensibility and rationality of beauty in the process of shooting, and his experience at this time gave him a unique understanding and insight into expressing the beauty of women in his photographic works. After that, MAXFACTOR found him and put him in charge of photography for domestic promotion of cosmetics. Color portraits gave him a chance to add even more power. 1965 won the gold medal in Spanish news advertising, which greatly improved his popularity as an advertising photographer in China.

Since the 1960s, advertising photography in Japan has been dominated by European and American models. Color photos of beautiful women with brown skin and muscles in the background of sea, sky and beach. Photographers try to show the model's vigorous body by shooting at a low angle. The advertising photography in the picture shows that the Roman goddess born from the bubble seems to float lightly into the air, and the profound association can make readers ponder over the aftertaste slowly. Fashion photography is also Fujii's masterpiece, which has reached the highest artistic level in the use of light and composition. Fujii's masterpiece in the 1970s.

In 1970s, Fujii questioned advertising photography centered on foreign models. It is the great wealth of the creator of this country to pick up the essence of Japan again, then study and study and challenge according to modern requirements. Combining it with women, such as kimono, can represent the traditional beauty of Japan. Hideki Fujii thought so and did the same. He used traditional Japanese kimono as props and created various experimental works. His work is a hairstyle advertisement. Using Japanese women and Japanese kimono to express this technique, Fujii has a certain influence in advertising photography.

It's easy to take pictures, but difficult to take good ones. Fujii often asks himself a question. Have you ever made a work that makes you very satisfied with the technique and skill handling? So he went to work with this problem when shooting, and Fujii's portrait works gradually entered the peak world.
