Alika, 1965 was born in Xinjiang, China, and graduated from Changji Normal School and Fine Arts Department of Xinjiang Normal University. In 2002, he began to create paintings, videos and multimedia. Although Aarika is not active in the field of contemporary art in recent years, he is one of the most influential local artists. Most of his works reflect his personal observation and thinking about the surrounding areas where he lives, which embodies his thinking about "ecology" and brings valuable spiritual enlightenment to the present.
