I know that Maoguoer originated from a trip to Dali last year. I bought some books at Zazi Bookstore. One of them is an observation note written by a parent after attending the final exam of Maoguoer Primary School. He was fascinated by the way out of school, and later learned something through a friend's WeChat in Dali. Before this trip to go to dali, I made an appointment as an observer for one day.

The whole yard is rectangular, backed by Cangshan Mountain, adjacent to the three pagodas, and a stream winds through it in the south. At the end of the stream is a vegetable field with peppers, radishes and other vegetables, which is full of vitality. In the north, there is a long corridor covered by bamboo. At the end of the corridor is a "yellow house" with three bays, in which a lot of hand tools are stored, and it is also a place for older pre-class children to eat. There is a small bathroom at the west end of the "Huangjia", and behind the sink is a mound and a small climbing wall. The courtyard slopes gently from east to west, with a big ridge in the middle. There is a small lawn under the ridge, with a basketball stand and a football net. There are trampolines on the ridge, cabins with rope nets, hammocks, swings, slides and other entertainment facilities. It is said that the cabin was put forward by children and participated in the design and construction of drawings.

Thanks to the sunshine in Dali, this small courtyard has all kinds of beautiful shadows from morning till night, and it is really the best beauty for children to be in it.

Besides, the health workers here really deserve high praise. The kitchen is polished everywhere, and the bathroom has no smell.

On Monday, the safety inspection was divided into three groups. The teacher showed the children what hidden dangers existed in the park, such as loose stones, broken seat backs and so on.

The class is divided into groups, including strange fish group, dinosaur footprint group and shipwreck group. These three groups are freely chosen by children, regardless of age. Children under four and a half years old who are not interested can go to the game room to entertain themselves.

The first is the morning circle. First of all, we welcomed the returning children and sang garden songs. Then began today's "squat" morning circle. Teacher Wang said that squatting will make you snore. Then she woke up, stood up and stretched herself, began to wash her face and brush her teeth, put on her schoolbag, put on her favorite snacks, and got ready to go. Fly first, cross the dark clouds and reach the gourmet kingdom. Then transfer to the chocolate boat, transfer to the bread bus, go through a forest, be careful of BearBiscuit, be careful of devil fish cookies ... and then go to the marshmallow grassland, which is soft and can jump. We can get food, gather in the middle, get ice cream, get chicken wings ... Finally, drive the train to the yoga room for a meeting!

Feeling: This morning exercise circle can not only reconcile feelings, but also exercise. It also allows children to quickly enter the situation in kindergarten and switch to the fairy tale world, which becomes a very good transition from study to life.

The fly in the ointment is that Mr. Wang's voice lacks passion. She should be full of energy in the morning!

The second is a meeting. Such a young child has morning meetings and parties every day, and has an opportunity to raise his hand to express happiness or unhappiness. Although some children are quiet, inarticulate and confused in logic, at least they can make people understand that they are eager for delicious cupcakes in the kitchen, or ice cream promised by their parents, or they want to go to their classmates' homes to play. ...

Feelings: It is not only a summary, but also can improve children's courage and self-expression skills. Teachers take notes in the Weibo every day, which is a good way to get to know children.

Fly in the ointment: I went to the party and the teacher's comments were very dull. Perhaps because the children say the same thing every day, the teacher's response is not enthusiastic enough. In addition, the children's speech order is purely counterclockwise, and some children raise their hands every time, and they can't get a timely response.

The third is curriculum design. During lunch break, I talked with Mr. Wang for two hours. Thank you very much for his patience. Speaking of curriculum design, Mr. Wang's introduction is also an attempt of the new semester after the autumn break. Children of different ages grasp the direction of the story. Before the start of school, the teachers discussed the children's interest points, identified three interest points: seaside, snow-capped mountains and traffic, and then determined the theme of the next class according to the results of the children's class discussion, in which the seaside group evolved into a strange fish group, the snow-capped mountains group evolved into a volcano group and a dinosaur footprint group, and the traffic group evolved into. It was the teachers who found out that older children took a lot of velvet wires to build a big boat in a "secret base" in the bamboo forest, and then the transportation team turned to discuss that the big boat occupied the school and then tried to sink it, so today's theme of "sinking the boat" came into being. The children discuss in groups in the classroom, and then perform on stage, including explosion group and storm group. Then they went to the Huang family to make a boat, loaded with "gems" and thought about it in the stream.

Feelings: The course is completely carried out according to the children's imagination, which is very creative and human. But it also puts forward higher requirements for teachers, such as preparing volcano information, leading children to draw volcanoes on the glass door of the vegetable garden, designing dinosaur games, and even the names of Baidu carnivorous dinosaurs and herbivorous dinosaurs in class. No wonder cats and fruits find it difficult to recruit teachers.

The fourth is behavior development. Teacher Wang introduced that cats and fruits advocate three laws: the law of time, the law of space and the law of property rights. The rules of time and space are when and where to do what you should do. For example, some children don't eat, but they have to obey the rules and sit in the restaurant until everyone has finished eating. For example, in the morning meeting circle, older children can not participate, but they should stand aside and wait. This is not punishment, but the price of your choice. For example, children's stools, towels, cups, beds, raincoats, rain boots and lockers are all marked with names. If you want to use someone else's, you must ask permission.

Also, put your fingers on the table before eating, thank the students on duty, have a unified meal, and avoid touching the freshly washed hands.

Feelings: Cats and children are orderly and reasonable. The teacher and the students washed the dishes together, and the teacher came first, but didn't let the children wash first. "Because I came earlier than you," the child accidentally broke the bowl. The teacher took her to get a broom and let the children sweep the glass slag together and then pour it into the trash can. "Because you broke it," the children didn't object.

Fifth, community culture. Teacher Wang introduced that the social committee of Mao Mao Guoer is very strong, and the enrollment of primary schools and kindergartens is under the management of the social committee. Social Committee members 10, primary school teachers 1 0, kindergarten teachers 1 0, and parents' representatives of all ages 1 0 (parents recommend voting). This social committee is so democratic that the rules of procedure will never stop for a long time. It is said that a parent is still studying law. Many large-scale activities, such as kindergarten graduation ceremony, sports meeting, Mid-Autumn Festival costume party, etc. It is organized by the Social Committee.

Mao Mao Guo's kindergarten graduation ceremony is particularly worth mentioning. In addition to the graduation certificates and school uniforms issued by the big brothers and sisters in primary schools, it is a very warm idea for parents to build a footbridge and let their children walk on a high stage, although many parents have been pulled by their hair and ears. At the end of the graduation ceremony, the program was a flour fight. It was really fun! Life should have this sense of ritual.

Fly in the ointment: the efficiency is not high, and parents often have group meetings and enjoy it.

Finally, the tuition for cats and children is 2500 yuan a month, and the number of places is tight. Some children wait for a year and a half, so some material conditions are quite simple. For example, there is only one chair for children, and it is still very old. In the reading room, you have to move it from the dining room yourself. The cabinets in the classroom are old, too. I think most of my money is spent on software. When children grow up in such an environment, they must pay more attention to spiritual prosperity.

One thing to add: Although cats are extremely concerned about children mentally, for example, they will focus on analyzing children who are not performing well, seriously talk with parents, and follow up on improvement measures. And we don't pay special attention to materials, and even deliberately design small obstacles. For example, the bowls for eating are all made of glass. If they are broken, they should be compensated, so that children can know that the glass is fragile. For example, there are several big stones in the yard, and the child accidentally falls down, but only in this way can the child remember to walk well.
