Longyan photography

Father's hut is lying on the hillside, and there is a mountain behind the village, called Longtou Mountain.

Longtou Mountain consists of three mountains, one next to the other from high to low, and the ridge is almost straight.

The mountain is like a dragon's head and the ridge is like a dragon's body. Seen from a distance, Longtou Mountain really looks like a Youlong. The dragon head was raised high, dragging its long body and hiding in the mountains of western Hunan.

This is a rare spectacle in Xiangxi World Geopark.

According to geologists' speculation, Longtou Mountain was hidden in the sea of Wang Yang 380 million years ago, and the stone was formed about 500 million years ago.

In other words, Longtoushan was formed in Cambrian (542 million years ago-485 million years ago).

It was said that it was still in the sea 380 million years ago on the basis of Lingguan Mountain opposite Longtou Mountain, and now there are insect tube fossils, and the occurrence horizon is in Devonian.

This worm tube fossil was formed in Devonian 380 million years ago (405 million years ago-350 million years ago).

Longtou Mountain is only 800 meters above sea level, Lingguan Mountain is more than 1000 meters above sea level, and insect tube fossils are also above 1000 meters.

Over the past 100 million years, things have changed.

To put it bluntly: the seas run dry and the rocks rot!

Now Longtou Mountain is in Yongshun County, and Lingguan Mountain belongs to Baojing County. The two counties are bounded by rivers, with streams criss-crossing the banks and injecting water.

The introduction of Longtou Mountain by local people is mainly related to a big stone at the top of the shortest of the three mountains.

This big stone is hidden between oak and cypress. It looks like a dragon's nose, mouth, longan and horns.

In my impression, it seems that stones are often covered with red cloth. The disadvantage is that the right side of the dragon mouth is missing, and the upper and lower jaws are not well coordinated and symmetrical.

The myths and legends about Longtou Mountain are very interesting.

Legend has it that this leading mountain is very agile. During the day, it lies on the mountain to rest, and at night, it changes itself, makes waves and eats and drinks.

However, the dragon's mouth should not face the direction of Baojing, but the dragon body is hidden in the mountains of Yongshun, which is wrong.

"Eat Baojing and enjoy Yongshun." The secret of Longtou Mountain was discovered by Mr. Feng Shui, which kept Baojing people awake at night.

On a dark and windy night in January, several black shadows sneaked up Longtou Mountain and knocked out Longkou with a hammer.

Legend has it that people who live at the foot of Longtou Mountain used to hear the sound of dragons in the middle of the night, but suddenly they haven't heard them for a while. When they climbed up the mountain, the dragon's lower mouth fell off.

People also found that the faucet was covered with dog blood. It's not a good thing for a dog to get blood on his head, so I calculated it with Mr. Feng Shui and soon I knew what was going on.

Now the longkou is broken, try again.

Therefore, some unwilling Yongshun people asked Taoist priests to practice and filled the dragon mouth with stones.

It is said that no matter how hard people try, the faucet will never work again.

Even the color of the faucet changed from gray to tan. Some people say that this is dog blood infiltration, while others say that dragons are dripping blood.

There is another saying: In order to cross the rigid faucet, the local people built a temple next to it, and asked the Taoist priests to recite the scriptures day and night.

This brown faucet, this broken dragon mouth, the stone wall made of stone for the ancient temple, the stone steps and the ancient road up the mountain are now well preserved.

Legends are legends after all. It can be spread by local people, and slowly, it seems to be a true story.

However, there is another story in Longtoushan.

There is an ancient temple on the top of Longtou Mountain. When it was built, there is no way to verify it. Judging from the remaining stone walls, the scale is not large, but it is very imposing.

The last monk in this ancient temple is said to be Wang Heshang, who didn't leave until the early 1940s.

When I was a child, I heard from my uncle that Wang He was not a monk, did not live in a temple, had a family, a wife and a son, lived by a well at the foot of the mountain, plowed the land and did farm work, and was proficient in everything.

When someone came to burn incense and worship Buddha, as long as he stood at the gate of the temple and shouted loudly, Wang Heshang put on the monk's clothes and rushed to the temple to recite the scriptures loudly.

When things are done, those who have money can collect money, and those who have no money can send things. Wang Heshang is always carrying that basket back and forth, on call, very serious and very pious.

Uncle said that Wang Heshang's nickname is "six-fingered child", and his right hand has a little finger next to his thumb, which is very special.

My uncle was born in 1928. He said that he had seen Wang Heshang when he was a child, but he didn't know his exact age. He only remembers that he was thin.

Wang Heshang seems to be a vigilante.

Uncle said that he heard from his elders that Wang Heshang began to come to Longtoushan. He often didn't hide his six fingers, and then he stopped showing them to people.

My uncle met Wang Heshang several times, but he didn't see what his fingers looked like, because he either put them on his chest or put them in his sleeve. Wang Heshang's sleeves are very long.

Later, my uncle heard that one night, somehow, in the incense burner in front of Longtou Mountain, Wang Heshang burned his sixth finger.

No one knows why Wang Heshang burned that extra finger. Anyway, this gnashing pain is unbearable for ordinary people.

Soon, Wang Shang, who burned his fingers, left, followed by his wife and children. No one knows where the family has gone.

With the departure of Wang Heshang, Longtoushan Temple will be abandoned. In the 1960s and 1970s, some local people also transported stones to temples to move bricks. Soon, the temple also collapsed.

In the 1980s, we often went to the foot of Longtou Mountain to herd cattle and climb many mountains. At the broken walls on the top of the mountain, I still remember a couplet: Looking at the sky from a distance, listening to the Tao, so I think about it here.

The handwriting is a brush, black, written on the wall made of lime and glutinous rice on the left, and the right side has fallen off, and there is nothing.

Did Wang Heshang leave this?

The gate of the temple is made of stone, and it is still well preserved. There is also a couplet at the entrance of the mountain, which is clearly written by the right couplet: the golden circle is in the middle.

The left-hand couplet is illegible.

Until the video of Longtoushan was posted a few days ago, a netizen named Chen Ying in Guangxi told me that the couplet on the left should be: Lotus Palace in Blue Lotus.

I looked at the photos carefully. The first word is "Bi" and the last word is "Gong".

I didn't ask her much. Baidu took a look, and it turned out to be an ancient poem written by Wan Yanjing, the sixth emperor of Jin Dynasty (1168-1208).

Hong Yanjing, also known as Hong Yanjing, was only forty years old and had been in office for twenty years. The "rule of Ming Chang" initiated by him was the most prosperous period of Jin Dynasty.

Could it be that the temple on Longtou Mountain was built at this time?

At that time, Longtoushan belonged to the Southern Song Dynasty. At that time, the relationship between Song and Jin was good.

Well, let's just say that Jing's poems can appear on Longtou Mountain, regardless of the time when the temple was built, which shows that the temple builders have extraordinary knowledge.

For a time, the local people talked about Longtou Mountain, always saying that it was remote and backward, and the traffic was inconvenient. In fact, looking through the heavy history books, this place is not so closed.

During the period of Xiangxi Tusi, Longtou Mountain was surrounded by Nanwei Prefecture, one of the three Tusi States under Yongshun Tusi.

"Yongshun Fuzhi" has a cloud: "The Southern Wei Dynasty was the satrap, the Song Dynasty was the satrap of Xi Zhong, and later the southern Wei Dynasty was the satrap."

10 17 Qin Yunzan, inscribed in Xizhou Copper Column, is the earliest known state in Southern Wei Dynasty.

Nanwei is on the shore of Youshui, surrounded by water on three sides, built by mountains and surrounded by dragons and tigers. Among the military forces of Xiangxi Tusi, the water army is the most important.

Turning over the heavy history of the Ming Dynasty, whether it is the water war between Zhu Yuanzhang and Poyang Lake in Chen Youliang or the bloody battle against the enemy in southeastern Hunan, there are records of the brilliant achievements of the Southern Wei navy.

1366, Zhu Yuanzhang's great cause was initially decided, and he just started to build a palace in Nanjing. JinSheng Peng, the satrap of the Southern Wei Dynasty, presented Nanmu to the court to show his loyalty.

This groundbreaking feat shocked the ruling and opposition parties.

Yes, no matter how the outside world changes, the toast in Xiangxi is still loyal to the country and always makes the right choice at the critical moment of history.

1680, Chen Longguan, Yuanling County, it was the Southern Wei satrap Peng who led his troops to encircle the main rebel army from Infernal Affairs in Wu Sangui and conquered Chen Longguan in one fell swoop.

"Longkou Victory" made Emperor Kangxi happy and awarded Yongshun Xuanwei a seal for his contribution.

This seal is still well preserved in the World Cultural Heritage Laosicheng Site Museum, which is a national first-class cultural relic.

Time goes by.

Looking up at the bright starry sky in western Hunan, people may be deeply shocked by the echo brought by history.

Now Nanwei House has been changed to Nanwei Village, which is a village under the jurisdiction of Xiazejia Town in Longtoushan. Most of the villagers are surnamed Peng, claiming to be descendants of Tusi.

It is also said that it may be that during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, Peng, a native of South Weizhou, began to major in Longtoushan Temple after winning the great victory in Chen Long.

The reason given is that both the Jin Dynasty and the Qing Dynasty were founded by the Jurchen nationality. Peng had a close relationship with the Qing Dynasty, so he gradually understood and spread the Jurchen culture.

Wan Yanjing's Jin Dynasty and Southern Song Dynasty were in the same period. Due to historical reasons, it is unlikely that his poems will appear on Longtou Mountain in Ming Dynasty.

It is hard work to pursue the truth in the vast history, but a disabled person's Federation in front of Longtoushan Temple gives people infinite reverie.

In recent years, the collapsed Longtoushan Ancient Temple has been newly built. The gate didn't move, the foundation didn't change, even broken walls didn't move, and the old one was repaired as before.

My major is a young entrepreneur who goes out at the foot of Longtou Mountain, a dutiful son who does not want to be named, and my junior high school classmate.

It is said that my classmate's mother fell ill a few years ago, and it was sepsis. She went to Jishou and Changsha for medical treatment everywhere, which was considered incurable.

In the days of the company, the old mother told her son that she was only 77 years old. In such a good society, she didn't even live to be 80 years old, and she was a little confused.

She began to recall her life, hoping to find reasons and comfort from her own cognitive "retribution cycle".

The old lady is a devout Buddhist. Looking back, she said that when she was young, she went to Longtoushan Temple to carry bricks. Did she offend the Bodhisattva?

So, she said to her son, I hope I can realize my wish and repair the temple on Longtou Mountain.

My son always promised and kept his word. Together with some good men and women, it was completed in less than two years and cost a lot of money.

After all, my classmate didn't even leave a name or an inscription, but told her mother that her wish had come true.

It's amazing to say that the doctor thought that the old lady could only live for half a year at most, but she persisted for more than three years and died after she was 80 years old.

Look up three feet, there are gods.

Some people say that this is the result of the old man's good deeds, some people say that the Bodhisattva of Longtoushan has blessed her, and some people say that this is superstition. ......

In a word, the temple in Longtoushan has been restored, which is a great project completed by the people to satisfy some of his wishes.

The old man is gone, but it seems that he has been living in the memory of the local people.

Not long ago, we went to Longtoushan, and my father told me about this old man along the way, saying that she is a kind person, a person who usually speaks softly. ......

I called my old classmate, but he didn't want to talk too much. He just said: in this world, we always have to do something good that our parents want to do.

"Be kind to yourself and others. Everyone is good, all on the other side. " Chatting and chatting, I can't help thinking of this poem.

This poem is carved on the stone wall of Boermen, a national forest park, just beside Yongshun County and Mengdong River.

Longtoushan is about 30 kilometers away from Boermen, not far.

But from Longtoushan to Baojing County, it seems closer, only more than 20 kilometers by car.

Looking at Longtou Mountain from the direction of Baojing, the three mountains are scattered like a beautiful pen.

When the car turns another corner, the three mountains will be hidden in a straight line among the mountains, with only the highest peak exposed, like an eagle spreading its wings.

"Looking at the mountain side into a peak, the distance is different."
