Besides 888, are there other big surprises? What you want to know is the secret of Huawei P50 configuration.

It has been widely circulated on the Internet these two days, and Huawei P50 and Huawei Tablet MatePad 2 are likely to be equipped with "4G" Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor. Huawei P50, as the first mobile phone equipped with HarmonyOS OS, has always been concerned by everyone.

As early as a few months ago, a report showed that Qualcomm was testing the "4G" version of Snapdragon 888 processor internally. The "4G" version of Snapdragon 888 supports 12GB LP DDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS memory. In addition, it is very imaginative that this "4G" version of the chip combination also uses the code of the "Leica" camera. Only Huawei smartphones use Leica cameras.

We all know that the United States has just extended its chip ban on Huawei, so can Qualcomm's "4G" version of Snapdragon 888 be sold to Huawei? The answer is yes! As early as last June165438+1October, Qualcomm obtained the license to sell mobile processors to Huawei, but only for 4G mobile phones. In addition, Intel, Samsung, Sony, LG, MediaTek and some parts manufacturers have all applied to the US Department of Commerce for licenses to sell chip products to Huawei, and some of them have been approved. Therefore, Huawei is likely to have acquired the chips and components needed to produce 4G mobile phones.

Let me unpack Huawei P50 for you!

According to the size and opening of the mobile phone protective case, P50 adopts micro single-hole lens design on the front and double-ring lens design on the back.

The front of P50 basic edition adopts 6. 1 inch micro-curved organic light-emitting diode screen, P50 Pro adopts 6.7-inch waterfall screen, and P50 Pro+ adopts 6.7-inch front and rear hyperbolic screen.

P50 Basic Edition will use Visionox screens, and P50 Pro will use JD.COM and Visionox screens.

P50 Pro+ will adopt BOE's newly developed screen, arranged in hexagonal crystals, similar in shape to LG's diamond arrangement.

In addition, all P50 screens will support 120Hz refresh rate and 300Hz screen touch sampling rate.

Camera, this year's P50 will continue to break through itself.

The P50' s main camera will be equipped with Sony's IMX 707Y sensor, which may not be the previously predicted IMX800 one-inch outsole sensor. IMX707Y is an upgraded version of IMX700 carried by Mate40, and its photosensitive size has been upgraded from11.28 inches to 1/ 1. 18 inches, with an imaging capacity of over 64 million pixels.

P50 Basic Edition supports 3x optical zoom, P50 Pro adopts 5x periscope telephoto lens, and P50 Pro+ will use 3x optical zoom telephoto lens and10x optical zoom periscope camera to form a binocular zoom combination, which can realize 200x digital zoom, surpassing the binocular zoom function of100x introduced by P40 Pro+.

On the lens of P50 Pro+, it will be possible to adopt two black technologies.

One is liquid lens technology. Huawei applied for the patent of liquid lens technology on 20 19, and now it has adopted similar technology on Xiaomi 1 1Ultra. Liquid lens can achieve macro and telephoto shooting modes in one lens, and can achieve "millisecond focusing", saving lens design size.

Another technology is piezoelectric motor technology. P50 periscope lens is an ultra-thin periscope lens produced by Shenzhen Eurofilm Technology Co., Ltd. (O-Fim), with a thickness of only 5.9mm, the lens focal length can change smoothly in the range of 85mm to 170mm, and the aperture can support f/3. 1 to f/5. 1.

The lens is driven by a long-axis piezoelectric motor, which improves the stability and accuracy of lens movement and greatly reduces the volume of lens module. OIS optical image stabilization with front prism can further improve the stability of zoom process.

Huawei P50 will use off-screen fingerprint, which is said to support blood oxygen detection and heart rate detection.

In addition, the speaker of the mobile phone will adopt bose's dual speaker design, and the sound effect will be stronger. In the future, there may be a double standard of Leica +Bose on the fuselage.

As for the cell phone battery, P50 is likely to use multipole ear and silicon-oxygen negative electrode battery, which can improve the battery capacity and reduce the battery volume, and also improve the charging speed.

At present, a glory 100W charger has been exposed on the network. Huawei P50 will probably support fast charging above 100W (for example, 135W), and the wireless charging power will be higher than before.

As for CPU, apart from the 4G version of Qualcomm 888, Huawei's own Kirin 9000, 9000E and 9000L may have different versions. Please refer to the following table to understand the differences between the four models of processors.

In addition, P50 Pro+ may be equipped with 16G RAM for the first time.

In addition, according to some insiders, P50 Huawei may have some unexpected surprises. I wonder if it's the Phoenix engine built into HarmonyOS OS? P50 is a mobile phone with Harmonyos operating system. Huawei released this technology in a low-key way before, and I think it may be because the HarmonyOS OS has not been released, and this engine has not yet played its role. But after June 2, the situation is different. Phoenix engine may be a heavy function that can lead the innovation of mobile phone applications in the future.

Phoenix engine has a set of core modules, such as rendering engine, material system, animation engine, physics engine, post-processing system, GT graphics acceleration layer and so on. It supports ray tracing and can provide high-quality, high-performance and low-power graphics and image experience for mobile 3D games and professional applications!

The above two pictures are Huawei's previous "mysterious mobile phone" (P50? Screenshot of 1080p/60fps optical tracking demonstration video tested on). After watching the demo video, I just want to say "Huawei Niu B"! Is it similar to the high-end graphics card game screen that supports optical pursuit for thousands of dollars on PC? Will it be a surprise?

See the table below for the detailed configuration of each version.

Regarding the price of P50, if there is, will you buy it? If you are not a pollen, I suggest not to grab it and leave the opportunity to those who really need it!

In addition, because Qualcomm 888 only supports 4G, I finally want to remind my friends who want to buy the 4G version of P50 that they must first understand the support of local operators for 4G networks.

For example, I did a test in the office today to see how fast the 4G network speeds of three mobile operators are. The result was unexpected!

China Unicom's 4G network speed is the fastest, and its download rate exceeds 65Mbps. China Telecom is second, although it is only one third of the speed of China Unicom, but it is barely enough. The worst is China Mobile, whose 4G network speed is only 2 or 3Mbps faster than that of Turtle, which basically can't meet the normal use. (The above results are only tested in a specific location in Nanjing, and may be different in other places, for reference only! )

Huawei is likely to announce the news of P50 at the press conference on June 2, and the two annular protrusions on one of the preheating posters are very imaginative, which probably represent the double-ring camera with P50 protrusions. Will P50 be like my analysis? Let's wait for the press conference!
