Suzhou Xiyuan Temple, a temple that asked to withdraw from the 4A scenic spot, is so beautiful.

I have been to Suzhou three times. So far, if I can only recommend one place, I would choose this place.

Logically speaking, as a travel photography blogger, I should introduce the camera locations, outfit combinations, and interesting places. But for Ximen Temple, I really don’t want to write like this.

Suzhou Xiyuan Temple, also known as Jiezhuanglu Temple, is an ancient temple with a history of more than 700 years. To the east is the Lingering Garden, and to the west is Hanshan Temple. Those two places are full of tour groups holding red flags and wearing red hats. Only Xiyuan Temple in the middle still retains a rare tranquility.

Those who have paid attention to my previous content will find that I am a temple lover. Every time I go to a city, I like to go to the local temples because there will be traces and stories about the city there.

Xiyuan Temple is the collective name of Jiezhuanglu Temple and West Garden Free Life Pond. To enter the West Garden, you must first cross the two bridges of Fude and Wisdom. Most of the existing temples were built in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, and are the largest temples in Suzhou.

Apart from the solemn palace, the life-release pond in the West Garden looks more peaceful and beautiful.

There is a pavilion in the middle of the lake, connected to both sides of the lake by a nine-curved stone bridge. The pavilions and pavilions are all surrounded by pigeons flying around.

Choose a sunny day, come to Xiyuan Temple to eat two vegetarian buns, burn incense sticks, sit down anywhere in the release pond, feed the pigeons, play with the cats, and look at the fish , empty your mind, this is the correct way to start the tour.

The host of Xiyuan Temple is really transparent. It is said that in order to ensure that the garden can have a certain degree of tranquility, he asked to withdraw from the selection of 4A scenic spots. That’s right, only temples that are far away from business can be called more Buddhist resort.

By the way, you must remember to eat the vegetarian buns at Xiyuanji Temple. Go to the end of the passage into the main hall. There are two kinds: bean paste filling and vegetarian vegetable filling. They cost 2 yuan each.
