1, Activity Theme: The content of this high-quality class selection requires participating teachers to focus on the special activities of "Happy Reading Festival", take collective teaching activities as the theme, and combine the physical and mental development characteristics and interest points of children in the class to create original activities, and the fields are not limited.
2. Activity objectives:
(1) objectively analyze the design, organization and implementation of the gamification of collective teaching activities in kindergartens, and think about how to correctly understand the spiritual essence of "gamification of courses", turn thoughts into actions, and how to integrate the form, elements and spirit of games into "teaching" and "learning" in kindergartens, so that children can enjoy education happily, independently and freely in games.
(2) In the context of the Guide, the gamification idea of collective teaching activities should be implemented in the design and organization of teaching activities, as well as the gamification design, organization form and organization strategy in the implementation of collective teaching activities.
(3) In the process of organizing and implementing the gamification of collective teaching activities, teachers' gamification education concept should be strengthened, and the game concept should be transformed into game practice skills to enhance the educational ability of modern preschool teachers.
3. Activity requirements:
(1) After organizing the activity, briefly introduce the design intent and activity objectives, try to get rid of the manuscript, and briefly summarize and reflect on the organization and development of the activity. Teacher's on-site evaluation.
(2) Please prepare three lesson plans for the class (uniform requirements: A4 paper printed on both sides, the name of the activity is Song Ti No.3, the text is Song Ti No.4, and the lesson plans should contain the design intent) and submit them to the judges during the activity.
Reminder: The formulation of activity goals should be elaborated from three dimensions: knowledge, skills, ability, emotion and attitude, but some problems have been found in some teaching plans handed in by teachers:
1, the goal is not comprehensive enough: the goal is single, emphasizing the acquisition of knowledge and skills while ignoring the cultivation of ability, emotional attitude and interest.
2. The goal setting is general and not specific enough.
3. The subject is not unified enough: there are both educational goals and children's development goals in the goals, and the formulation is confusing. Children should be the main body to explain the goals.
4. Goal setting is divorced from the reality of the children in the class and fails to reflect the principle of "the nearest development zone".
5. Teachers who organize teaching will carry out activities in strict accordance with the timetable.
6. The team leader arranges the sequence of activities and carefully supervises and coordinates the work.
7. After the activity, we will use the time of business study to carry out exchange and discussion activities throughout the park.
Eight, matters needing attention
1, teaching time:
Large classes for 25-30 minutes; 20-25 minutes in the middle shift; Small class 15-20 minutes.
2. Number of children used: 20-25 children in each class.
3. Class location: multifunctional activity hall.
4. When each class reports the name of the activity and the teacher, please indicate the matters that need to be coordinated, such as the venue and equipment, so as to facilitate the coordination of the teaching and research team leader.
