Article 3 Members must fulfill the following obligations:

(1) Earnestly study the brand culture of Zimingdu enterprise and Suomei enterprise, deeply understand the revolutionary development concept of developing "new enterprise" of the Group, adhere to the development road of "nationalization of enterprises", and realize that ideological line is the lifeline of enterprise development; Awaken the life truth that "choice is greater than effort", actively unite around the development thought of Zimingdu's corporate culture, learn the goals, routes, strategies and resolutions of Scientific Outlook on Development and China Zifu Merchants Association, learn the basic knowledge of the organization, learn scientific, cultural, institutional and business knowledge, and strive to improve the ability to serve consumers.

(2) To implement the basic line, strategy and management system of learning organization and brand development, take the lead in participating in the ideological and cultural construction of new enterprise reform and scientific development of enterprises, drive enterprise members to work hard for enterprise economic development and overall brand culture construction, and play a vanguard and exemplary role within enterprises.

(3) Adhere to the principle that the interests of academic institutions, group enterprises and customers are above everything else, personal interests are subordinate to those of academic institutions and consumers, suffering first, enjoying last, and making more contributions by self-denial.

(4) Consciously abide by the organizational discipline of the Society, abide by the management system of group enterprises and brand enterprises and various rules and regulations formulated for development, strictly keep the internal business secrets of brand enterprises organized by the Society, implement the decisions of the Society, obey the organizational distribution, and actively complete the tasks assigned by the Society.

(5) Maintain the unity and unity of associations, be loyal and honest to associations, match words with deeds, and resolutely oppose all activities of factional organizations and small groups, and oppose double-dealing and all intrigues.

(6) Effectively carry out criticism and self-criticism, dare to expose and correct shortcomings and mistakes in work, and resolutely fight against negative corruption.

Article 4 Members shall enjoy the following rights:

(1) Attend relevant meetings organized by the Society, read relevant documents of the Society, and receive education and training from the Society.

(two) to participate in the discussion of the development of the group enterprises under the Institute in the meetings and publications of the Institute.

(three) to put forward suggestions and initiatives on the work of the society.

Article 5 The development members of the China Association of Financial Services Merchants must adhere to the principle of individual absorption through the secretariat organized by the association.

Applicants who apply to join the China Association of Information Service Providers should fill in the application form, and have members above the team and the association organizations as references. It must be reviewed by the Secretariat and approved by the superior organization before joining the association.

Introducers should carefully understand the applicant's thought, quality, experience and work performance, explain to him the program and articles of association of the society, explain the conditions, obligations and rights of members, and make a responsible report to the organization of the society.

Members of the secretariat of the Institute will pay attention to soliciting opinions from relevant members inside and outside the Institute, conduct strict examination, and submit them to the General Assembly of the Secretariat for discussion after finding them qualified.

Before approving the applicant's membership, the higher-level community organization should send someone to talk with him to get to know him better and help him improve his understanding of the community organization.

Under special circumstances, the headquarters of the Society and the committees of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government may directly solicit local members according to the needs of the development of the Society.

Article 6 Members must take the oath of membership facing the flag of the Association. The oath is as follows: I voluntarily join the China Association of Service Providers, support the program of the Association, abide by the articles of association, fulfill my membership obligations, implement the decisions of the Association, strictly observe the discipline of the Association, keep the secrets of the Association, be loyal to the Association, work actively, strive for the development goal of the corporate culture of the Association all my life, and be ready to pay everything for the struggle of the Association and its subordinate enterprises and brands at any time, and never betray the Association.

Article 7 Every member, regardless of his position, must be incorporated into a branch, group or other specific organization of the Society, participate in the organizational life of the Society, and accept the supervision of employees and members inside and outside the Society. Leading cadres must also participate in democratic life meetings of committees and groups. There are no special members who do not participate in the organizational life of the society and do not accept the supervision of employees and members inside and outside the society.

Article 8 Members have the freedom to withdraw from the meeting. If a member requests to withdraw from the club, he will be dismissed after discussion at the general meeting of the club members (the meeting of the group leader and the meeting of the squad leader) and reported to the superior society for the record.

If a member lacks the will to develop and struggle, the sense of team organization, fails to fulfill his obligations as a member and does not meet the requirements of membership, the society branch shall educate him and ask him to make corrections within a time limit; If there is still no change after education, he should be advised to withdraw from the meeting. It is suggested that members withdraw from the meeting, which should be discussed and decided by the branch meeting and reported to the higher society for approval. If a member who has been persuaded to leave the club insists on not quitting, it shall be submitted to the general meeting of the branch for discussion, and decided to be removed from the club, and reported to the higher society for approval.

If a member fails to participate in the life of the club organization for six consecutive months without justifiable reasons, or fails to pay the membership fee, or fails to do the work assigned by the China Association of Information Service Providers, it is deemed to have left the club by himself. The recall shall be decided by the general meeting of the branch members and reported to the higher education institutions for approval.

Chapter II Organizational System of the Society

Article 9 An association is a unified whole organized according to its own program, articles of association and democratic centralism. The basic principles of democratic centralism in this society are:

(1) Individual members are subordinate to the organization of the Society, the minority is subordinate to the majority, the lower organizations are subordinate to the higher organizations, and all organizations and members of the Society are subordinate to the National Congress and the Central Committee of the Society.

(2) Except for its representative offices and the societies in non-academic organizations, all sub-names, Sommer-level leaders and brand enterprises under the Institute are elected.

(3) The National Congress and its Central Committee are the highest leading bodies of the China Association of Service Providers. The local leading bodies at all levels of the Society are the local congresses and their committees of the Society. Social committees at all levels are responsible to the congresses at the same level and report their work.

(4) The superior organizations of China Association of Information Service Merchants should always listen to the opinions of subordinate organizations and members and solve their problems in time. The lower organizations of society should not only ask for instructions and report their work to the higher organizations, but also independently and responsibly solve the problems within their own responsibilities. The superior and subordinate organizations should exchange information, support and supervise each other. Organizations at all levels of the Zifu Chamber of Commerce should open meetings in accordance with regulations, so that members can have more understanding and participation in meeting affairs.

(five) the social committees at all levels implement the system of combining collective leadership with individual responsibility. All major issues should be discussed and decided collectively by the Society Committee in accordance with the principles of collective leadership, democratic centralism, individual deliberation and meeting decision. Members should conscientiously perform their duties according to the collective decision and division of labor.

(6) China Service Merchants Association prohibits any form of personality worship. It is necessary to ensure that the activities of the society are supervised by the society's organizations, members and employees, and at the same time, it is necessary to safeguard the prestige of all representatives of the public interests of the society and organizations.

Article 10 The representatives and committees of the congresses at all levels of the China Association of Financial Services Merchants shall reflect the wishes of the voters. The election was held by secret ballot. The list of candidates shall be fully discussed by social organizations and voters Formal elections can be conducted directly by means of differential elections in which the number of candidates is more than the number of candidates to be elected. You can also use the method of differential election to conduct pre-selection, produce a list of candidates, and then conduct formal elections. Voters have the right to know the candidates, the right to ask for the replacement of candidates, and the right to choose others instead of any candidate. No organization or individual may force voters to vote or not to vote in any way.

If there is any violation of the articles of association in the election of the local congress and the grass-roots congress of the China Association of Information Services and Merchants, after investigation and verification by the committee organized by the society at the next higher level, the election shall be invalid and corresponding measures shall be taken, which shall be reported to the committee organized by the society at the next higher level for examination and approval, and officially promulgated for implementation. Deputies to social congresses at all levels shall practise a tenure system.

Article 11 The central and local committees of the China Association of Service Providers shall hold a meeting of representatives when necessary to discuss and decide on major issues that need to be resolved in time. The number of deputies to the congress and the method for their formation shall be decided by the committee that convened the congress.

The Central Committee of the Institute and the committees of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall implement the inspection system.

Article 13 When making decisions on important issues involving subordinate organizations, the leading bodies at all levels of this Exchange should generally seek the opinions of subordinate organizations. It is necessary to ensure that subordinate institutions can exercise their functions and powers normally. Without special circumstances, the leading organs at higher levels shall not interfere with any problems that should be handled by lower organizations.

Article 14 Only the Central Committee of the China Association of Service Providers has the right to make decisions on major decision-making issues within the national group enterprises under the association. Organizations of various departments and localities can make suggestions to the Central Committee, but they are not allowed to make decisions and express their opinions to the outside world without authorization.

The lower organizations of society must resolutely implement the decisions of the higher organizations. If the subordinate organization thinks that the decision of the superior organization is not in line with the actual situation of the region and department, it can request to change it; If the superior organization insists on the original decision, the subordinate organization must implement it, and may not publicly express different opinions, but has the right to report to the superior organization.

Newspapers and other propaganda tools organized by societies at all levels must publicize the line, principles, policies and resolutions of the societies.

Fifteenth learn to organize discussion and decision-making, must implement the principle that the minority is subordinate to the majority. Decide on important issues and vote. We should seriously consider the different opinions of a few people. If there are disputes on important issues and the number of the two sides is close, except in an emergency, the decision should be suspended, further investigation and study should be conducted, opinions should be exchanged, and voting should be held next time; Under special circumstances, it can also be reported to the higher organization for ruling.

Individual members express important opinions on behalf of social organizations. Beyond the scope of the existing decision of the community organization, it must be submitted to the community organization for discussion and decision, or consult the superior community organization. No member, regardless of his position, can personally decide major issues; In an emergency, when a decision must be made by an individual, it should be reported to the society quickly afterwards. Do not allow * * * to engage in personal arbitrariness and put individuals above organizations.

Article 16 The central, local and grass-roots organizations of China Capital Service Merchants Association must attach importance to the construction of community culture, often discuss and check the propaganda work, education work, organization work, discipline inspection work, personnel work and United front work of the community, and pay attention to studying the ideological and political situation inside and outside the community.
