2. Introduction of Hubei Academy of Fine Arts Hubei Academy of Fine Arts is the only multi-disciplinary and multi-academic art college in Central China. The school was formerly known as Wuchang Art School, founded in 1920, and later named as "Private Wuchang Art College" (referred to as Wuchang Art College for short). As one of the earliest art colleges in China, our school is an important birthplace of modern higher art education in China. In the history of running a school for more than 90 years, we have always adhered to the academic spirit of "eclecticism" and the teaching concept of "all-embracing", and trained generations of outstanding talents who are "respecting morality, studying hard and being sensitive to beauty" to serve the society, making a unique contribution to the development of fine arts in China.
