Travel Notes of Yang Xiu Wu Meijing Garden and Wenzhou Radar Station
I crossed the street with an umbrella and soon came to the door of Wu Meijing Garden. I don't know whether it's because of the bad weather or early time, and the entrance to the scenic spot is sparsely populated. From the appearance, the scenic buildings are row upon row, resplendent and magnificent, but I don't know what's inside. An old man stood by the door and asked him for a ticket. It's 20. It used to be 35. He was surprised. The old man explained that there was a discount because of the interior decoration of the scenic spot. After paying the money, the old man called me in without opening the door. I thought there was a guide map on the ticket, so I asked the old man for the ticket. The old man forgot to bring his ticket when he received it. That's great. After waiting for a few minutes, the old man took a so-called ticket and turned out to be an invoice. How strange!
Entering the hall, there is a strange stone exhibition on the first floor. I'm not interested in this, which is also somewhat out of place with the style of the scenic spot. On the left of the hall is the European Garden. Quaint name, but there are several plastic models of dinosaurs in it, and many of them are broken. I wanted to enter the main building along the main entrance, but I saw a huge slogan "Interior decoration, no visitors allowed", so I had to walk along the European Garden. There is a long corridor on the left, in which many stories of filial piety of ancient people are painted, but they are not finished. Some pictures are not colored, some pictures are not written, and the stream outside the promenade is a little dirty. At the end of the promenade is a larger pool with an ancient cruise ship and a stone bridge. On the left side of the pool is a two-story pavilion, which is connected with another corridor. There are several layers of ancient buildings opposite the pool. There are some garden feelings here, but there is no such feeling as winding paths leading to a secluded place and simple and natural. Then I went upstairs along the stone steps on the right side of Gu Lou and visited several scenic spots. Standing high in the pavilion, I am glad to see the city in the distance. There is a cave halfway up the mountain called Longquan Cave. I turned on the flashlight of my mobile phone and walked more than ten meters inside by the light. Look carefully, there are stalactites in the cave. This is the first time I have seen them with my own eyes. I'm a little happy, but this cave obviously has traces of artificial transformation, and some building materials have been left behind, which has not been completed yet. The cave is deep and winding, with a big stone hall and other small holes. Then I went to the barbecue area, Daming City and the hot spring bath.
Daming City is built on the mountain, with five or six floors. Although you are not allowed to enter, you still enter from other intersections. It's empty here, many floors are bare concrete floors, and some even have no guardrails on the internal stairs, but it's not bad to stand by the window and look at the distant scenery. In the three-story building, look at the stone wall opposite. There are red maple leaves and long vines, which are very beautiful. Out of Daming City, there is a hot spring bath on the right. More than a dozen baths are scattered in the forest because of the low mountains. Baths are all thatched roofs, big or small, round or square, with some characteristics, but the baths are not complete, and they are dry everywhere, and there are bare water pipes everywhere.
? It took about an hour to visit the whole scenic spot. It is said on the Internet that Wu Meijing Garden is a "paradise", which was built by Mr. Zhang Dinglong, a descendant of Zhang Cong, a famous Wenzhou official in the Ming Dynasty. It took several years and cost billions. After reading it, I felt very disappointed, and it was not worthy of the name. It took several years and so much money to build it, and many places have obviously been closed for a long time, and many scenic spots are locked and closed to tourists. Advertising is really a lie!
After visiting Wu Meijing Garden, it's still early. I want to climb Rhoda again. There is a path on the left side of the small reservoir on the edge of the scenic spot. I started walking along the path, looking at the mountain scenery and listening to the sound of water. It feels good, but it doesn't feel like a fork in the road yet. One to the left and one to the right. I chose the right. Originally, I just wanted to walk around, but as I walked farther and farther, the long stone staircase seemed to be endless, so I knew the height of the mountain. The mountain roads here are remote and inaccessible. Walking alone on the winding mountain road, the mountain is silent, and you can hear clear footsteps and your heartbeat. After walking about 500 stone steps, I met a backpacker who was resting on the side of the road. He was wearing a scarf, jacket, hiking pants, hiking shoes and a trekking stick, almost armed to his teeth. Look at your casual clothes. A little ashamed! I chatted with him for a while, asked where the end of the road was and walked with him for a while. Because he walked slowly with photographic equipment on his back, I soon left him far behind. I didn't bring water because I decided to climb the mountain temporarily. After a short walk, I was sweating and thirsty. But those who are in the mountains, outside the village and outside the shops have to endure thirst and move on. I thought about giving up twice and returning along the original road, but looking back at the road I had traveled, I was still unwilling to give up, gritting my teeth and continuing the difficult climb. Fortunately, I picked some kumquat on the high road, and the dew was simply wiped off by hand and sent directly to my mouth. Although it was a little bitter, it also solved the urgent need and recovered some physical strength in mountaineering. About 2 hours later, I finally walked the hardest journey, 2940 steps, took a photo here and praised myself. Fortunately, I didn't give up. At the end of the steps is a mountain, and over this mountain is Maotian Reservoir. The reservoir was blocked by the dense forest around, and only a corner of Shui Ying could be seen.
? Walking along the left side of the mountain is a long tree-lined path with excellent scenery. The path is tortuous, but generally flat. The pavement is paved with stones or strips. Moss and wear marks left by time can be seen everywhere. On both sides are tall and straight eucalyptus trees, green bamboo pruning and low shrubs. Walking on the path is extremely cool. From time to time, the sun sprinkled spots on the road from the leaves, and from time to time, birds could be heard and flowers could be seen. Where there are few trees, you can see the Yang Xiu Reservoir in the distance. The mountains here are steep, such as knives and axes, and the top of the mountain is rugged and varied, like people and animals, like fish and birds, which is amazing. At the end of the path is Pan Yang Village. I've been here before, and some of them are building roads, so it's difficult to walk. Looking at the bamboo and wood cut down everywhere for road construction, the stumps left behind and the bare land, I feel a little sad. Building roads and houses is convenient for tourists, but the damage to vegetation and nature is irreversible. If there were spirits in nature, she might not welcome so many people. A farmhouse here bought a can of red bull to replenish energy. Continue to cross the village road, with many dilapidated stone houses on both sides. Soon, I came to a temple. There is a small canal next to the temple. Through the canal, there is a huge sloping stone wall. There are iron railings on the stone wall, because no one has been up there before, so I want to go up and have a look. So I climbed up the water pipe and walked up the steps, and soon I reached the end of the stone wall. I thought it was the top of the mountain. Unexpectedly, it is less than half of the mountain. In front of me, there is a bush, running fast among bushes and weeds. When there is a road, I walk along it. When there is no road, I follow my heart. I am injured by fallen shrubs from time to time. Fortunately, I didn't meet a snake. After all the hardships, I finally walked out of the jungle and came to the top of the mountain.
There is a large meadow between this mountain and the opposite one. A camping tent stands on the grass beach, and a camper clings to the tent and sleeps soundly in the open air. I stayed for a while, imagining his comfort. In a hurry, we missed too many beautiful things. Why don't we slow down, feel the warmth of the early winter sunshine, feel the coolness of the mountain breeze and listen to the cheerful singing of birds? You can already see the Panshan highway next to the grass beach. After walking for several hours, I felt a little uncomfortable once again on the concrete road. There is a large wetland and a small lake by the roadside. The lake is clear and green, which makes people want to get close. However, the lake is blocked by barbed wire on all sides, and there is a sign that says, "No swimming, or you will be at your own risk". Looking at this slogan, I feel a little unhappy. It blocks the closeness between man and nature.
Looking up at the top of the mountain on the expressway, there is a dome-shaped white building and a radar station. This is also the end of my trip. I am excited to take a shortcut to the radar station. Unexpectedly, a big German shepherd suddenly jumped out of the house next to the radar station and came at me. Fortunately, I was locked by a chain, but I was really shocked. I had to obediently return to the highway and make a detour to the radar station. Rest here and take pictures. Looking into the distance, the mountains are vast and rugged, like a green or brown barrier. The winding mountain road is surrounded by jade belts. Cars and pedestrians on the road are like jumping notes on the staff. The reservoir in the distance is like a beautiful girl. The mist is like a scarf, sometimes blocking the girl's beautiful face, and sometimes being blown away by the mountain wind, revealing the girl's beauty. Seeing this scenic spot, I feel relaxed and happy!
? Reluctantly got off the highway, bathed in sunshine and blowing mountain breeze, and walked slowly. Soon I met a girl walking with a stick and started talking to her. The girl told me that she was from Henan and came to Wenzhou on business from Hangzhou. She took time to climb Mount Rhoda to relax. I walked with her for a while. Then a van came and the driver asked us if we were going down the mountain. I asked the price 10 yuan, but it didn't feel expensive, so I got on the bus and asked the girl if she wanted to go down the mountain. The girl said it was still early, so she had to go and say goodbye. Bon voyage, and soon arrived at the entrance of Dianthus Village. The driver said that it would take two more people to get down the mountain, but it turned out to be twenty minutes. Later, the girl went down the mountain to the entrance of the village, and we haven't left yet. I asked the girl again if she would like to take the bus. She said she would go to see the Dragon Ridge and say goodbye to her. Encounters on the journey always come and go in a hurry. A few minutes later, the van began to go down the hill. . . . . . . .
At about 2 o'clock, I arrived at Chashan bus station. I ate at the snack bar and arranged the photos by the way. I'm sorry to find that some photos are missing, including those taken by others for me. Every time you travel, there are some unexpected things, people or scenery. You never know whether the next moment will be disappointment or surprise. Perhaps it is curiosity about the unknown that attracts us to continue our journey. Because of curiosity and exploration, we don't lack courage, we have the perseverance to stick it out. However, in the real world and secular life, we are always avoiding, afraid to face our true hearts and make many decisions. We dare not offend others, nor dare we refuse others. We are silent and forbearing, and have no courage to change jobs, end a relationship, start a business and live in another way. We are too weak. Friends, if you have time, go out for a walk, climb mountains, play with water, feel the grandeur of mountains and the delicacy and tolerance of water. Mountains and rivers are like yin and yang of heaven and earth, with aura. Let the beauty of mountains and rivers wash away your worldly troubles and give you the strength and courage to move forward!
