Cookies made in a pan

biscuit

Composition:

50-60g of butter, 25g of sugar, egg beater, decorative bag, decorative mouth, 1 egg (about 30g), 75g of low-gluten flour and 2g of salt.

Steps:

1. First, put the butter into an oil-free and water-free container and add salt to crush it (if the butter used contains salt, it is unnecessary to add it).

2. Add sugar and mix well.

3. Beat the egg beater at high speed for 2 minutes until the color turns white and the volume becomes larger.

4. Stir a big egg and add butter three times.

5. Sieve all the low-powder evenly, mix them, mix them evenly, be sure to be fine and smooth, and then put them into paper bags.

6. Preheat the pan, add some corn oil, fry for 2 minutes and simmer for 3 minutes (it tastes crisp and sweet but not greasy).

7. This dish can be decorated with coconuts.
