This training activity, as a special post teacher, suddenly I feel so relaxed! But after careful consideration, I feel that the road ahead is long and there are many challenges to face! So I carefully reviewed this training activity and found that I really learned a lot.
1, studied professional information processing technology. During the training, I learned some courses that are very practical for me, such as the processing of pictures and videos, sound technology, photography technology and so on, and also systematically learned how to make teaching slides scientifically and reasonably. Interacting with experts in the learning process has greatly improved my ability and level of making multimedia courseware.
2. By watching expert video quiz, I learned how to manage naughty students. Don't try to manage students, the key is to teach them how to manage and educate themselves! Through browsing the briefing, the learning process was clarified, some methods of operating the training platform were mastered, and some common problems in learning were solved, which laid the foundation for successfully completing the training. By learning the excellent works of colleagues, we can learn from each other's strong points and absorb some good teaching experiences and practices, so as to accumulate valuable experience for future teaching.
3. I gained a lot from participating in training activities. After reading the report of the model of teachers' morality, I deeply admire this teacher's professionalism, and I deeply realize the difference between this profession as a people's teacher and other professions, and I am proud of it! I still remember once taking home a composition that was not approved by two classes. Although the light was dim and it was getting late, I wrote down my opinions and suggestions for improvement seriously. Now that I think about it, why I was so enthusiastic at that time was because I deeply loved these eager students! I am afraid that one of my slackness will crush my thirst for knowledge.
4. Improvement of teaching behavior.
For me, to change the single blackboard teaching in the past from the teaching method, I will make multimedia courseware in advance, strive to have courseware in every class, and use it properly, without fancy, with strong practicability, and really play the teaching purpose. The "open and honest" practice in courseware is more aimed at the key problems in class. When explaining ancient poems, grasp the writing characteristics of each poem and summarize the "four-word keywords". After the whole song, list each key word as an outline and show it to students through slides, so that students can answer questions about the understanding and application of ancient poetry more easily. No matter how the topic changes, you can easily answer these questions by grasping the key words, completely abandon the heavy sea tactics, improve students' generalization ability and make learning easier and more interesting!
For students, from the way of learning, we should let them surf the Internet to consult materials properly after class, read good new literary works, read current political news, expand their reading range, and fully enjoy the resources brought by the Internet.
5. Suggestions on training: What impressed me most about this training is its practicality. Many courses we study are some ideas and information technologies that our front-line teachers want to know and master most. I hope the next training can provide us with some of the most practical and useful training courses, enrich our professional knowledge, expand our learning fields and broaden our horizons. At the same time, release more question-and-answer videos about solving middle school students' ideological problems.

Under the guidance of the new curriculum standard concept and the slogan of curriculum reform, our school has implemented group cooperative learning. However, after this year's exploration, I sometimes feel that I am willing to do more than I can do, and there are problems of one kind or another. For example, on the surface, there is a widespread phenomenon that group cooperative learning has only "form" but no "reality". Usually busy with class, I don't think deeply about the problems that arise. Therefore, this training is timely and necessary, giving teachers a good platform for learning and communication. By watching videos, training in mixed classes, completing homework and participating in discussions, I learned a lot from my expert colleagues around me, and I feel that I have benefited a lot.
We did our homework twice. The first is to design a design table for students' group cooperation observation to improve the effectiveness of group cooperation. The second is to think about the effectiveness of group cooperation and the role of teachers in Chinese teaching. These two assignments are aimed at the problems existing in the implementation of group cooperation in schools, and they are both core issues. Through homework, I found that every teacher treats homework with a very serious and cautious attitude, and that meticulous professional attitude shocked me. The teachers have thought deeply about the problem, but what I feel most is the problem in the second homework, which is exactly what bothers me in class at ordinary times.
What should teachers do in group cooperative learning? Emphasizing students' subjectivity does not mean ignoring teachers' leading role. Teachers will always be organizers, guides and participants of cooperative learning. Chinese teachers should guide students with knowledge, ability and values in combination with the characteristics of Chinese subjects. Specifically, we should do a good job in the following four aspects:
First, regulate behavior. Teachers should carefully observe and understand the activities of each group, pay attention to activating "silence", control "overheating scenes", guide individual students or groups in time, put forward clear requirements, make all group members "move" and ensure the smooth development of cooperation. Many students are just listeners and can't express their opinions actively and boldly. First of all, we should clarify the division of labor within the group, so that each student can find his own value, work hard to complete his own tasks and gain a sense of accomplishment.
Second, carefully select the learning content and attach importance to the influence of Chinese. The content of cooperative learning should be carefully selected by teachers according to the content of teaching materials and students' knowledge background, learning level and personality characteristics. Chinese course has rich humanistic connotation, and the content of selected articles has good value orientation and should be integrated into the whole teaching process.
Third, respect the unique experience of students and guide and deepen them in a timely manner. Taking reading teaching as an example, we should take students' reading and appreciation of works as the center, and combine students' life experiences to guide students into works, personally interpret works and make sounds with works. Guide students to study independently, understand the problems existing in students' study, participate in students' discussion and stimulate students to think deeply.
Fourth, create a good learning atmosphere and attach importance to evaluation. Students have strong self-esteem and are eager to be affirmed and appreciated by teachers. Group cooperative learning is an effective way of learning and a way to cultivate students' good learning quality. During the summer vacation, I was practicing reading, from Curriculum Theory-the Basis of Curriculum, Principles and Problems to Children's Development (5th Edition), from Portrait of Thought and Stories of Famous Educators in China to Learning from Teacher Suhomlinski, from Key to Life to Suggestions for Kindergarten Teachers/kloc-0. However, the' fun' of reading and the taste of reading are among them. This training activity has caused great repercussions in primary schools in our county. From the leaders of the Education Bureau to ordinary teachers, they all attach great importance to this training work. Zhang Chunxiu, an English teacher at Shuiwan Primary School in our county, hurt her knee in an accident. She joined the training team less than a week after she was discharged from hospital. Because her knees can't bend, she asked her husband to carry himself upstairs and downstairs when studying in a group, insisting on being the first to arrive and the last to leave. We took pictures of her, but she refused resolutely, saying that this is what every teacher should do. No big deal. She endured the pain and finished her excellent homework. Her homework was recommended by Li Pengfei, the instructor of the English group.

Training and study also made me understand that as a people's teacher in the new era, we should constantly arm ourselves with new knowledge and be a learning teacher and a research teacher. We need a lake and a pool to meet the needs of students. This training just gave my thirsty body a clear spring, and I sincerely thank all the experts for their hard work. This training has benefited me a lot in this short time and gained a lot of experience. I have carefully summarized the contents of this training and seriously reflected on my previous work.
