Why didn't Xingong No.1 Road, Zengdu District, Suizhou start construction after it was repaired halfway?

Xingong No.1 Road in Zengdu District of Suizhou has been repaired. According to the relevant information disclosed in the inquiry, the east section of Xingong No.1 Road has been completed, and the oil permeable layer has been completed in the west section, which can be paved with asphalt seal. In February 2022, the project officially started, and the ground cleaning, subgrade shaping, rain and sewage pipelines, comprehensive pipelines and other projects were completed in sunny and rainy days. The main project is nearing completion and will enter the acceptance stage after completion in mid-June 2022.
