The export of lamps to countries all over the world requires different certifications. The specific certification is as follows.

1, EU countries: CE certification, generally including LVD and EMC; ; 60825 has been changed to EN 6247 1 (laser wavelength test); IP test (usually outdoor lights); Salt spray test (calculated by time length); ROHS detection; Arrival detection; Vibration test (calculated by time length).

2. North American countries: ETL, UL, FCC

The difference between the three is that ETL and UL are both security checks and certifications.

The difference between ETL and UL: ETL is easier to pass than UL, and the price is relatively favorable.

FCC is a test of electromagnetic compatibility.

Lighting export declaration process:

1. Provide container type, container quantity, cargo weight of each container, port of departure, port of destination, shipment time, product name, etc. Understand the customs clearance cycle, stop filling time, sailing time and arrival time.

2. Arrange the booking after accepting the quotation: fill in the booking form and positioning paper (S/O), get the S/O before loading the container, and make the order for the dealership (the shipowner will not make the order all day on Saturday afternoon and Sunday). Try to leave enough time for customs declaration 2 days before the customs declaration deadline.

3. Arrange trailer loading: provide loading address, loading time, contact person and telephone number.

4. After the container is loaded on the dock, the inspection/customs declaration shall be arranged in time.

5. Check the information of the bill of lading before the shipowner intercepts the materials, and go through other customs clearance procedures required by foreign countries.
