Tanaka Fuyu painter village

At the beginning of the article, I would like to mention my girlfriend, Mr. L, who is engaged in the teaching and research of traditional architecture in China and has participated in many rural construction projects in Fujian in recent years. So he is quite familiar with the characteristic buildings in Fujian. Tian Zhongfu and painter village received news from their girlfriend L a while ago.

Tanaka House is located in Tanaka Village, Shuyang Town, Nanjing County, Zhangzhou City. It is a group of earth buildings reinforced and transformed from several old earth buildings. The familiar Nanjing Tianluokeng Tulou Group and Yunshuiyao Ancient Village are nearby.

According to Mr. Huang, the person in charge of the project, Tian Zhongfu's fu was named after the rhyme. Teacher Long of Guzhen was renamed as "Yun Shui Ballad" because of the movie "Yun Shui Ballad", and the ancient village of Tanaka Village was transformed into Tanaka House because of a group of artists and entrepreneurs who loved the customs of green mountains, green waters and earth buildings.

This group of earth buildings, consisting of seven earth buildings with different scales, ages and systems, has undergone protective renovation in line with the principle of repairing the old as before, and the reinforced space has become a place to display the customs and folk handicrafts of the Ba people. At the "Chen Weikai Bamin Craftsman Photography Exhibition", I also saw the photo and introduction of Zhang, a descendant of Hui 'an stone carving who had visited. The national inheritor of Zhangzhou woodblock New Year pictures strictly takes China folk myths and legends or New Year pictures as the theme. Although the theme is ancient, the use of color is very modern, giving people a refreshing feeling.

If I remember correctly, the entrance to Zhu Lin Building must pass through two opposite halls, with gray tiles stacked/hung as glass exterior walls. The staff in the scenic spot let us touch the suspended gray tiles, which felt like wind chimes swaying, and the creativity was very ingenious.

This university building is the perfect combination of ancient and modern. According to Ms. Wei, a staff member of the scenic spot, only a few broken rammed earth walls were left before the renovation of this earth building. The designer built a modern space with steel and glass on the basis of retaining architectural relics. The steel structure makes the building light, the glass wins a large area of lighting, and the rammed earth wall wrapped in it is protected, which also makes visitors feel the imprint of time and culture through the building.

The second half of this cultural tour in Nanjing is to visit the International Art Education Center in Shancheng Town, Nanjing County. This is an art center integrating painter's studio, sketching area, exhibition hall and outdoor leisure. The architecture of the art center is a group of white modern style buildings with geometric shapes. The art center is surrounded by vast green areas and distant mountains. Later, Mr. Huang, the person in charge of the center, introduced that there was a small river behind the forest. Kingfishers are singing and dancing, and it is quite appropriate to describe the natural situation here with birds and flowers.

There are nearly 30 Russian paintings on display in the Art Center, some of which have been seen in Xiamen China Children's Art Museum before. I was deeply impressed by a surgeon sitting half-length in an officer's uniform. The doctor's solemn and calm expression is so authoritative and professional. The cement gray of the background wall and the gray black of the clothes also give people a solemn and calm feeling, while the dark Red Velvet cover of the seat adds warmth to the whole picture and a little intimacy to the authority and professional characteristics of the characters (I hope I don't over-interpret it).

Several figure paintings on display this time are very touching, recording the story of the times like an epic, and each work can withstand careful taste and people's exploration. When you look at landscape paintings and still life paintings, you have a feeling of facing 19 th century impressionist works. Bright and harmonious colors and light but not rigid composition give people a pleasant appreciation experience.

After posting some photos of this exhibition in the circle of friends, a friend asked whether such an excellent work would hold a roving exhibition. I can't answer this question. However, I will pass the question on to Nanjing International Art Education Center, and maybe they will give you an unexpected surprise. Don't ask, where to know; )
