How to clean the dust in Huawei p50 camera?

If you use a Huawei mobile phone and the camera on the back of the phone is blurred, you can check the operation by the following methods:

Please keep the camera and laser sensor unobstructed.

If the photos or videos taken by the camera behind the mobile phone are blurred, it may be that the camera lens or laser sensor is blocked by foreign objects.

1. The protective film (including transparent protective film) covering the rear camera may affect its performance, resulting in glare, ghosting or lens blur when shooting in low light.

2. If the device uses laser focusing, TOF sensor focusing and 3D depth sensor to measure the shooting distance, protective film, three-way protective cover or other obstacles may interfere with the sensor. As a result, the camera can't focus correctly and the image is blurred. Before using the camera, please tear off the camera protective film (including transparent protective film), clean the lens and sensor with a soft cloth, and use Huawei's official protective cover.

Warm reminder: you can search for the corresponding product model in official website or my Huawei APP, and check the corresponding specification parameters > rear camera parameters.

Second, please check whether the camera can focus correctly.

If the camera is too far or too close to the subject, photos and videos may become blurred.

1. Please check whether the camera can focus correctly. For example, when taking a distant photo, touch the viewfinder and focus on the distant object. When shooting close-ups, please put the phone at least 10 cm away from the subject, touch the viewfinder to focus, and do not use zoom. If the image in the viewfinder becomes clearer during this process, it means that the camera of the device can focus correctly.

2. If the camera can focus normally, but the pictures and videos are still blurred, please find different scenes and solutions below.

3. If the camera can't focus normally, please back up your important data (third-party applications such as QQ and WeChat need to be backed up separately) and bring the purchase voucher to Huawei Customer Service Center for further help.

Third, please confirm the focus before shooting.

1. If you touch the viewfinder to focus manually when taking a picture, please don't click the shutter button until the focus box disappears, because this means that the camera has not finished focusing.

2. If you click the viewfinder when shooting a video, the camera will lock the focal length to avoid unclear or unstable images when the mobile device changes the scene or position. You may need to touch the viewfinder again to manually refocus the camera. In order to make the camera focus automatically, please avoid touching the viewfinder when shooting video.

Fourthly, it is recommended to use the default zoom factor.

When taking photos with high zoom, the mobile phone will switch to digital zoom, and the camera will be more sensitive to slight movement. Therefore, the image may appear blurred. It is recommended to reduce the zoom factor or use the default zoom factor (the solid white dot on the zoom bar on the right side of the viewfinder is the default zoom factor).

5. Please continue to shoot steadily.

1. If the subject moves quickly, or the mobile phone keeps moving during shooting, the camera will not focus properly, and photos or videos may be blurred. It is recommended that you hold your mobile phone steady when shooting and use a tripod if necessary.

2. If you try to shoot a moving object, please hold down the shutter button for continuous shooting, and then select the best photo. Continuous shooting is only available when the resolution is set to 20 MP or lower.

Sixth, you can move the shooting distance appropriately.

Due to the shallow depth of field, some mobile phone cameras may not be able to focus correctly when taking close-up photos.

1. Using a large aperture lens can let more light in, but its depth of field is shallow. When using this camera, please make sure that the object is at least 20 cm (8 inches) away from the phone and is in the center of the frame.

2. If your device supports super macro mode, please keep the distance between the mobile phone and the subject at 2.5- 10 cm when using it.

Seven, special camera mode shooting skills

1. In night mode and streamer shutter mode, the camera needs a long exposure time, so any movement of the camera or the subject may lead to unclear photos or videos. Please keep the phone stable when shooting, and use a tripod if necessary.

2. Large aperture or portrait mode will automatically blur the background and make the subject stand out. Background blur is normal in this shooting mode, please feel free to use it.

If the problem is still not solved after trying the above methods, please back up your important data (QQ, WeChat and other third-party applications need to be backed up separately) and bring the purchase voucher to Huawei Customer Service Center for further help.
